I called after eating there and ordered takeout for my spouse. When I opened the box, everything was spilled on top of of the chicken. It was a mess and cost 17.00 for the trash. I called and was told that I had to bring this back to get a refund. I called corporate and never got a call back. I waited to publish this review. Port Orange Dustin’s use to be the best in the franchise, now its worse then Ormond. I will not be back. The bathroom is dirty. The staff is nice but not supported by management. I called 3 different numbers they suggested to resolve my complaint. I guess they need my 17.00 more then my repeated business. Such a shame. I have been going to Sonny’s for 50 plus year’s and Dustin’s since they began. Beyond disappointed. Sorry for such terrible customer service and lack of management to support customers.

I went in with my 2 children after a long day at doctor’s appts.. at 1st I wasn’t feeling positive cause we stood at the sign that says please wait to be seated 3 girls behind the register just was standing there talking to each other finally when I looked at them they said sit anywhere so we picked a table in the back once our waitress realized we were there she was absolutely amazing her name is Theresa and when I say in my 51 years I have never had such an amazing experience she made everything ❤️ better she was so pleasant didn’t have to wait on refills before we could finish we had fresh cups there she checked on us and everyone in her area more than once! She should train the staff there! She is the reason why I gave all 5 stars not sure i would of did that from what I experienced 1st walking in! So if you decide to go there please ask for Theresa section you will not be disappointed!!!! Thank you

This place is awesome. The food taste very, very good. The Cajun dry rub chicken wings and pork ribs, and fried okra, hamburger and fries, and fried chicken are sublime. All together with the garlic bread is so yummy!
This is a must visit and the staff are so friendly and they close 10pm so perfect for that tiring day on the beach and when everyone wake a bit too late after their afternoon nap!

The server was super sweet but way over worked. She was the only one serving and bussing the entire restaurant. To do that and still have a good attitude was impressive. Because she was so short staffed though it was slow going. The food was good with bread being the main portion. The chicken was very dry but tasted fine. Fries were all good well. I’ve had better bbq sauce and I’ve had worse. Similar to sonnys flavor wise.

They have the best food, and the salad bar is always fresh. I had the steak and my husband had the ribs. It is always my fav place to eat when I’m there for bike week. I would come from WV anytime just for their food. And our waitress was the sweetest young lady.

Stinky old and smelly. And that’s just the salad bar. Way over priced for what you get. Waitress charged me $1.69 for a bun because she placed my order wrong. When was leaving I told the checkout person. They said. Oh sorry. But did nothing. More on her behavior later. This was my first time there. I called the health department to complain and found out it’s being investigated for roach infestations and rat droppings and several sick customers. Sonny’s right nearby is great! And cheaper. Avoid this place, it’s going out of business. Now to the nasty waitress who checked me out. And cost my waitress her tip. This is not how you get new customers after you hear a valid complaint. Is say sorry and ring me up for an extra $1.69 for a mistake the waitress made.

Came for a lunch, food arrived warm , I assume as to not dry out the meat. Catfish was freshly cooked, I was kinda put off by the 2oz sides that’s definitely the smallest I’ve seen around town although they did have half corn , I like that. The waitress was extremely busy( very nice) unfortunately didn’t check on us and we needed hot sauce for the fish, we still enjoyed the environment and didn’t feel rushed at all. Fresh grilled bread.

In this establishment, when the food is good, it’s really good, but when it’s questionable, it’s dangerous. I had bad tomatoes in my sandwich (pic), the creamy clam chowder in the public-use salad bar was cool and not kept at a safe temperature, and the silverware was dirty. I told the waitress about the cold clam chowder, and she microwaved the bowl for me, which I don’t think could have killed any potential bacteria.
