Ordered 2 chicken quesadilla trays w/ fries and diet cokes. So disappointed in the quesadillas. One had one piece of chicken and very little cheese. One had no chicken all cheese. That was in one tray. The other tray was one hot quesadilla with nothing in it at all and the other had a little chicken and cheese. They were very busy at the time but this trip was not worth 17.58. should have taken pictures but didn’t.

I have to hand it to this Cook Out location! I’ve eaten at a lot of restaurants and I have to say this experience is ONE OF THE BEST I have ever had when it comes to fast food. When you walk in, it reminds you of a steakhouse. But it’s not cluttered and there is a lot of open space. The decor on the walls is welcoming to us southern folk. The floors and bathrooms are squeaky clean. The prices here are just unbelievably unbeatable. $6.99 for my lunch. A “tray” as they call it. I got a double burger loaded with ingredients, side of fries (perfectly seasoned and hot/crispy), and onion rings (perfectly cooked), and a drink. Now tell me you can find another place with this fast and extremely friendly service that also offers these prices for the portioning of food. You can’t! The experience was flawless. And thank you to the staff for providing an excellent meal and customer service. Will definitely be back. Was not expecting this high-tier quality trip through Jacksonville. Kudos!

ordered a chicken strip tray w/ cheese bites + fries. received a chicken strip tray with some concerning tenders (shown in the 3rd photo), CHICKEN NUGGETS, and fries. my mom also stated that her tray only contained 3 onion rings + 6 cheese bites. quite disappointed to have spent nearly $8 per tray to receive this. i enjoyed doing business with y’all but i’m unsure if it will happen again.

I love the shakes and variety of food…I just wish they didn’t wrap there burgers in tin foil.. it makes there buns soggy. I went through the drive through.. it was quick and good for the price.

Great place to grab a quick meal! Everything is reasonably priced, tasted good! The burgers and shakes are ready fast and always satisfying! I highly recommend the peanut butter shake. The walking taco looked kinda weird, but tasted good! The staff here in Jacksonville are awesome!

Cook out has a variety of food for a good price, They have delicious milk shakes with a lot of options. If you like Hamburgers,hotdogs, grilled chicken sandwiches, onion rings and chili fries this is the place for you. They are also open late if you want a midnight snack.

Great Cookout! Food was excellent and the restaurant was nice and clean. Just make sure when you are paying that the cashier gives you the correct change. My cashier started to give me extra money back. The restaurant was decked out in Jacksonville State decorations and a mix of hunting and fishing photos.

The burgers here taste just like I cooked them in my backyard on my own grill. You get a choice of your toppings on the burger and two sides. Old fashioned sliced pickles, lengthwise not round and lettuce nice thick slices of onion. It comes dry so you add your own condiments. I ordered the big double burger plate and was filled nicely. It also came with a side of a bacon wrap with thick sliced bacon Also a side of onion rings

Very clean restaurant and bathrooms They made the best french fries, hushpuppies and coleslaw. The bbq pork on the plate and sandwich were generous servings. But, the unsweet tea tasted like water and the soda machine drinks tasted really weird, like rubber. My 86 year old mother loved the chocolate milkshake!
