Just over $11.00 for a Bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese meal. They FORGOT to put the BACON on it. I called and he said if I would like to come back I can get my sandwich replaced. I replied no, I’m hungry and cannot return now I have an appointment and that I’ll eat this sandwich but want a replacement. He said that I would have to bring the sandwich back. I couldn’t go back so I’m out my bacon.

Horrible experience! Went through the drive thru around 6 p.m. on a Saturday. Surprisingly this wasn’t the issue, which is why I’m confused why the experience was horrible. But when I got to the second window for my food. The worker told me to go all the way around to the front entrance and wait for my food there. At the front entrance there was already three other cars waiting. They would bring out one order at a time, which I was confused why they couldn’t just do it at the window. But when I finally moved up directly in front of the door, expecting for my order to be next, they would bring out two orders for two different cars behind me. I probably waiting close to 10 mins in the front! And then when the nice lady came up to me asking what I ordered, I ended up giving her my receipt. Mind you I ordered a $6 McDouble meal with a small coffee. I received the small coffee that was cold, and my McDouble meal incomplete. They forgot to put small fries and the 4pc nuggets, and the McDouble came with only one patty, falling out the wrapper into the bag, I literally had to put it together! When I got home I noticed I was missing these items and tried calling and the location never picked up! Horrible experience.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I ordered a snack wrap with NO ranch, and it came with ranch anyway. I decided to keep it moving and grabbed fries instead—those were wet possibly set the bag with fries next to drinks or some ice.

I pulled back around and requested a refund, and about six employees stared at me like I was doing something unreasonable. The manager, Rosa, looked in the bag and said there was a hair in it and that “for this one time” she would refund me. That comment alone was inappropriate—why wouldn’t I be refunded? The wraps even had the stickers clearly showing a modification request. It’s not my fault the line cook didn’t read it.

The attitude throughout this interaction was terrible. I paid with Apple Pay, so Rosa asked for my phone, took it to the POS, and then had a drive-thru employee hand my phone back to me, saying the refund was done. When I asked for a receipt, I was told, “Oh no, sorry, your phone locked,” and my phone was taken away again. After several more minutes, the employee returned and told me I’d need to go inside because they “can’t do the refund” since my phone locked.

The entire situation was unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. A simple food mistake turned into an unnecessarily stressful experience due to poor communication and attitude.

This McDonald’s advertises that it’s open 24 hours but I have arrived at the location multiple times early in the morning and i have been advised that it’s closed. In the last ocassion I asked for the general manager’s information and they advised that they could not provide it. Please provide accurate restaurant hours and be available for your customers.

This place is NOT 24-hours. We tried ordering late night at the location, and they told us they were closed to “make breakfast items”. If they need time to close to switch their meals, that’s fine. But the signage shouldn’t be 24/7.
