Excellent establishment and dining experience all across the board. The joint is conveniently located on a main road with an easily accessible parking lot featuring plenty of room for vehicles of all sizes(reasonably speaking). Very clean interior, no funky smells, and pleasant decor that’s easy on the eyes. They have a DIY fountain drink machine identical to those popularized by fast food chains allowing customers to craft virtually any beverage with an abundance of flavor options beyond brand staples. Condiment station is well stocked with a large ketchup and mustard dispenser, dip cups with available lids for those looking to take any to go, and neatly organized plastic straws wrapped in manufacturing paper to prevent the spread of cooties(that’s right, folks, they’re real). Seating is well spaced out with table/chair combos and comfortable booths for small gatherings of 2-4 and accommodations enough for larger groups of 10 plus. Menu is diverse with plenty of options for all walks of life. I tried the newly advertised “Burger Bomb” cheesesteak with curly fries and hot cheese dipping sauce and it was exceptional. My Queen had the grilled Tuscan chicken wrap and it must’ve been phenomenal because she didn’t say a word until she was done eating(that never happens!). The staff running the show are friendly, courteous, and professional where it counts. Chef Bobby G(jacked Bill Burr looking stud muffin featured in photos below) does NOT disappoint with anything he touches. He’s undeniably got the Midas touch and he evidently puts love and passion into his craft with masterclass precision and care. The ladies out front are very sweet and make the ordering process easy exhibiting outstanding customer service in textbook fashion and they are not the typical lazy types of their generation by any means as they were seen tidying up and keeping the place stocked and clean in between serving patrons. Not ONCE did I see them on their phones or wasting company time doing anything that didn’t serve the restaurant’s image and well being(Bravo ladies! Keep showing the upcoming generations what it means to be productive in society. GIRL POWER! ✌️). We went during early afternoon hours on a weekday and it wasn’t busy so the wait was maybe 15 minutes maximum from ordering at the counter to chowing down at the table. There are not many establishments worthy of praise in Port Jervis, however, Ben’s Fresh serves as a perfect flagship for affordable quality dining in a well lit, cozy atmosphere and a convenient destination for locals and out-of-town visitors seeking a satisfying, above average meal in a comfortable setting without breaking the bank. Whether you’re solo, on a date, or with friends and family, stop by at your convenience and tell them Sark sent you, you can thank me later. Where to start with this place? Well I guess we jump right in and say the chef who creates this menu of monstrosities either works for or holds stock in Weight watchers, or big pharma!
Rumor has it if you go around back you can get Ozempic and insulin right at the door and they offer a discount card for cardiac catheters. I’m pretty sure they get a kick back and partner with the hospital right down the road!
Seriously though this place is top notch, great staff, amazing food and honestly the kitchen might be cleaner than the operating rooms at that hospital down the road!
This place isn’t just a staple of the community it’s 100% committed to the community it’s in, always supporting not only other local businesses but also small businesses across the state and country!
With a solid staple menu and an ever changing list of specials they have it figured out!
Don’t take my word for it, go give them a try and if you don’t like the food there I’ll take the leftovers!

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying one of the ice cream cakes this place creates from what I assume is old recipes straight from the devil!
This was one of the BEST cakes I’ve ever had for my birthday and trust me I’ve had many! Second only to my grandmothers chocolate cake recipe (might even be better but she buys me birthday presents!)
Grab a cake, don’t see one you like? Get your eyes checked, just kidding, create your own cake these folks are amazing!

Ben’s Fresh is awesome! Their burgers are top notch, their fries are nice and salty, and their ice cream sandwiches are unmatched! We love seeing all the different creations they come up with, but in our honest opinion, their basic menu is the best. We definitely recommend trying the Mushroom Burger and Cookie Monster Parfait while you’re there. They aren’t too expensive either, and their ice cream service is very quick – definitely stop by if you’re in the Tri-State area!

Tried the cheeseburger with onions and bacon on the recommendation of the friendly staff — and it was really delicious! The fries were a bit too greasy for my taste, but overall the place is cozy and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit!

Tried the “best burger in orange county”. The bacon cheese was good, would have preferred fresh jalapenos over pickled, but good overall. Not the best I have had in OC. The MVP of the meal was the onion rings, delicious. If you are in town try for yourself.
