As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Went to rallys for a meal with my wife I never had a good experience here but she always likes the food so you get your wife what she wants…. Bought her the chicken fingers she wanted got home when she bit into the chicken it was RAW… Immediately drive back up walk into the lobby knock on the window and the girl answered I hand her the bag said open it up and look at what you served my wife.. raw chicken and she bit into it… Her response it’s not raw I can make you new food I said now I want a refund instead of working on the refund another lady had to come help me with it because the little girl walked off to keep doing other stuff. Check your food unless you like food poisoning… The other lady helped and apologized stating the employee that made the chicken was new. I could understand being a young boy but a grown man that can’t use a timer and pay attention to what he’s cooking shouldn’t be cooking food that can literally kill someone if not cooked correctly… Thumbs down do better. This location used to rock it absolutely sucks. Will never return.

Its was decent, but the food quality has dropped. Fries are half soggy and the burger meat and bacon tasted poor. Idk if someone is not cooking or storing the ingredients correctly. I hope it improves. Understaffed too.

It’s criminal that this Rally’s isn’t at least averaging 4 stars. They easily have the best fries, a solid variety, and the prices are cheap on top of it. Their meal deal is one of the best around — just $4 for a decent amount of food. If you haven’t tried them yet, you definitely should.

It was just bad service. Took so long to get us the right order after numerous attempts at handing us the wrong food, making us pull in lot, forgot our drinks, got home and order was missing 3 items. My family had a rough day and they made it worse. Had to drive all the way back to get it fixed.
