I have noticed a trend of all mcdonalds going down hill
In service being not fast food .
In cleanliness. Aka atmosphere the location is the worse to get in and out of.
And most importantly the food is never right to order making it not fast again and more inconvenience and the app code barely work at this specific location. I am personally never eating at another mcdonalds and they are all guilty by association
One is bad they all are unfortunately its not longer worth it

Took forever to get two Caramel Frappes, can hardly taste any caramel. Unfortunately this isn’t the first let down by this establishment. Usually get Caramel Iced Coffee (again no caramel flavor or any sugar) Any suggestions? Like which is your biggest competition?

April 30th 2025, bearded manage was ok with serving this as an extra order of eggs. He got really nasty with me about me complaining. Even the other employees couldnt believe it. I was told his name was Rahman. Big guy with a huge beard. Employees were appauled themselves. Nevwr go back. Was 100% ripped off.

I went through the drive thru tonight ordered 2 mcdoubles and a mcChicken and instead I get a 10 piece nugget and fries I call and talk to the manager shes aware of their mistake I said I cant come back up there tonight she says thats fine just bring the food back with you when you come uts insane they know they messed up and couldnt even make it right gas isn’t the cheapest and my truck drinks gad I ask will they compensate me for my gas she hangs up the phone on me you better believe ill be on the phone with corporate tomorrow morning way to go miss manager smh

This McDonald’s is horrible every time I order there it always takes for ever and they usually make you pull into a spot to wait for your order. Just go to the McDonald’s by Walmart its 100x better

Everytime I have came to this location the food has always been hot and fresh, the service can take a little longer than other McDonald’s. The restaurant is always clean. For being the only dine in order it took 9 minutes. The seating is very nice, this location has a couch woohoo
