I ordered online for pick up. Grabbed the food through the drive through. Drove back to work so I could eat. After a couple of bites I opened the crunch wrap up only to see everything I had specified I did not want. Called the store and was told I could come back and get a new one. I was not able to due to time restraint. No refund to my card either. It was clearly printed out on the order. They did get the softshell taco correct though!

Love this taco bell specifically, my food is always amazing, sometimes questionable depending on the time of day. But the morning workers are by far the best. I get the breakfast option often and I’m never disappointed! Super friendly staff as well really makes for a great taco bell

Got a tiny amount of guacamole for the chips. Enough for 4 chips and it was gone. I only purchased chips so you’d think they’d be considerate enough to give a full amount of guacamole. I stopped ordering their cooked food because this place never makes the food well. I’ve never had a decent experience here. Other Taco Bells always do a good job, this place has seemed to always be struggling or skimping on ingredients.

Update. I slept on it. Unfortunately due to DST I had an hour of sleep stolen from me. So now instead of never eating Taco Bell again, I’m never eating at any establishment owned by Yum! Brands in the future.
If you’re gonna close an hour early because of DST, you should honor orders placed before you close.
I will never eat at Taco Bell again due to the interaction with your employees this morning. Unacceptable to tell someone, who, by your logic ordered an hour and a half ago, to go away.

The manager Teresa is amazing!! Every time we dine in, she is there. Leading her team, encouraging them, making it a fun place to work. All on top of taking excellent care of her customers. This location is clean, food is fresh and fast. Teresa deserves a raise! Thank you!

Customer service isn’t good, takes more than enough time for a simple drink and lack of work or activity during shifts.
It took 20 minutes for a drink and wasted my time, multiple workers not serving or slacking. Would not recommend this place if your in a rush or if you want a quick meal.

This is a really good Taco Bell. My food is made very well every time, and the location is clean even during busy hours.
In particular, the service I received from the manager Teresa is top notch, she’s super friendly and takes the time to get to know the customers. I highly recommend this location!

Only giving one star because I had to, 3 stars for food because I mean its taco bell food…service was HORRIBLE no greeting, they were talking to each other about their love life as they were handing out my drinks. Did a mobile order at 1030ish, got there at 1040 and waited an additional 10 mins for my food. No thank you, they didn’t even look in our direction to hand us our drinks or food and the bag of food almost fell to the ground had we not caught it. Normally not too bad of service at this one but tonight was not awesome!

Ordered $85 worth of food for pick up, a total of 15 items, and they forgot 5 of them. I get it that mistakes happen, but how do you not notice that you missed a third of the order? The items that we did get were trash, too. Bean burritos are usually good but not when the beans are as dry as this. Inedible!
