I must say it’s EXPENSIVE for cold/ bad food and Horrible SERVICE. We stood waiting for a table about 6 mins or so while the hostess was passing food to other patrons/ and chatting . Finally she the hostess attended in seating my self and three others. She was not polite looked at us pissed off and seemed agitated. I must add we were the only ones in line and it was not crowded.
OK , so We were finally seated. It took 20 mins or so before our order was taken. We waited for 45 minutes for our food to be given, and it was cold, not even warm!
I asked the hostess also waitresses helper , for an item, yes the one who seated us … she rolled her eyes and sighed. Clear agitation/frustrated. I told our actual waitress that not only was the hostess not hospitable (RUDE) but our food was cold after the long wait they were supposed to be cooking it. It didn’t arrive hot. She said we can reheat the food and the hostess is just overwhelmed. How do you take that out on the patrons… I am paying for my services, my food… and myself and my party are the ones who suffer the wrath.. So At this time as we’d been waiting a VERY long time…we ate the cold food…and accepted the fact we were just give the worst service. For $85 for crappie food and very poor service it is what it is. Just won’t ever dine here again.
Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. No complaints really!
The food was delicious. Breakfast burrito, country potatoes, sunny side up eggs, and some insanely sweet bread pudding French toast. Recommend getting the sauce on the side for the French toast if you don’t have a big sweet tooth. For the burrito, maybe get extra napkins. Suuuper greasy from the chorizo, but definitely enough food that you may not eat it all in one go.
The ambiance of the place was super cute. Nice openness so you aren’t sitting right next to others, a cool juke box in the front, and even a little bear themed gift shop type area.
Definitely coming back some time for a burger or a sandwich. The alcoholic drinks look very interesting as well. Pricing was good too. I absolutely took my food home and it’s another 2 meals, at least for me.
-Stopped by again for breakfast today. Biggest, fluffiest pancakes. The waitress gave me a side of some pumpkin butter type stuff to try. That stuff is gold.
