I was driving from Dayton to Lexington and was craving Wendy’s fries, so I went through the drive-thru here. The young lady working the speaker and window was so sweet and happy and really made the experience great! I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out. Will definitely stop here whenever I can!

i don’t know who was on shift last night but yall DID THAT as former wendy’s employee i’m impressed by far! we never really eat wendy’s, but when we do it’s never fresh, but last night was the best wendy’s experience i’ve had! keep it up!

Went inside and got a couple shakes. My husband liked his. I thought mine was gross. Wish I had gotten some tea instead. I remember theirs being so good. The employees were friendly and quick to wait on us. The lobby was clean. They have free parking in a parking lot.

The girl at the drive in window was rude as heck- the woman handed out the frosty with not so much as a word. The girl came back and had a negative attitude and a half!
I wouldn’t expect to stop here again- I’ll head one exit down or to the McDonald’s next door.

I’ve been to a lot of Wendy’s, and the service is always really slow. This location breaks the mold. Our food came out quick, the order was correct, everything was hot and fresh. It was still Wendy’s food, but it was the best Wendy’s experience I’ve had in a long time.

I was seriously charged $10.58 for this at Dry Ridge location! At the Newport location I get two of these sandwiches, with more veggies, plus two baked potatoes all for a little over $8! This is seriously absurd.. Will definitely not ever go back to this location.
