I had a disappointing experience with my recent takeout order. While eating my food, I bit into one of the dried peppers, which tasted foul and discovered it was full of mold inside (reference pictures). I brought it back to the restaurant to show them, expecting an apology or some effort to make things right. Instead, the staff simply said “thank you” and asked to take the pepper without offering any solution.

Food safety issues can happen, but the way they handled it felt dismissive and unprofessional. I hope they take this seriously and improve both their quality control and customer service.

Wide variety of dishes to select from on the menu. They also provided a tablet to order from with photos of each dish. We went as a large group and everyone enjoyed their food. You can also order an extra large soup which is massive! The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to our whole table.

Favorite Asian spot that serves thai, Chinese and Japanese food. We got green curry, rice, chowmein and shrimp dumplings. Besides the dumplings everything was excellent. They dim sum wasn’t bad it just was so sticky it broke when we tried to pick it up and was sticking to the paper. The shrimp inside was chewy. The other food was all very delicious. They made us thai iced tea and it was sweetened to perfection and very tasty. High recommend trying the food and drinks here.

We have visited this restaurant multiple time this year. We do not have any complaints. Each time the staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable with recommendations. The staff were very accommodating when it was time for taking home the excess food. The portions are always large and the food quality fresh and delicious.

We will keep coming to the Burlington location and definitely recommend it to our friends and colleagues.

Fantastic Vietnamese spot! The pho is tasty, aromatic broth with tender beef and fresh herbs. Each bite is balanced and comforting.
The appetizer platter is a highlight as well, featuring crispy spring rolls, grilled skewers, fresh rolls, and crunchy wontons, all beautifully presented and perfect for sharing.
Portion sizes are generous, and the overall experience feels authentic. Whether you’re in the mood for pho or want to try south east asian food, this place is a must visit for comfort food! I’ll definitely return!

1 or 5 stars, depending on your needs. Great if you don’t have food allergies.

Was very disappointed a while ago when a younger waitress gave us some recommendations for gluten free options because one of us had a gluten allergy, which she said they can cater to.

The appetizer came back which was deep fried in the same fryer as other gluten foods. Okay, sucks, but whatever. Not everyone can eat it. Fine. Then she said “well, just so you know, your rice noodles are cooked in the same pot as the wheat noodles”, like it was nothing. Our jaws dropped. This is not a possibility of cross-contamination. This is literally cooking your food in a vat of gluten. Still, I wouldn’t have left a review at this point — I would have just said “damn” and left. But she went on, asking time and time again (at least 10+ times, no exaggeration) asking us to agree that it would not be a problem, despite saying us saying no, it’s absolutely a problem. It was beyond insulting and will never go back.

So yes, here’s the review. No food allergies? Good food, reasonable prices. Any food allergies? Stay away! This was a horrifying, insulting experience. There is an ENORMOUS difference between “chance of cross-contamination” and literally cooking the food in a big pot full of the same things that someone is allergic to. Past wait staff has been friendly and nice, but this person was just horrifyingly insulting in a way that we’ll never forget.

A delicious change from the majority of the other many options in town to choose from. Absolutely enjoyed the Beef Bone and Rare Beef Pho with Spring Roles to start.
The Hoisin sauce is superb, the Hot sauce…….well it’s Hot!

Food is very average. I can only taste soy sauce in the Korean style Rib rice. The menu has a lot of choices, even ramen and bubbletea. Staff are very nice and warm welcome. Deco is quite grand and not the same as usual Vietnamese restaurants.
