Completed order online to include milkshakes; arrived: was told no milkshakes available. Thought I might need to beg for more ketchup packs( limit is 3 online). Basically restaurant was clean and modern, men’s room was not. At least the place had boucous paper crowns on tables; and lots of black flies. Won’t be back, should’ve read other reviews first.Bye.

one of the worst fast food experiences at this Burger King. The customer service was absolutely horrible—the staff had rude, disgusting attitudes and acted like helping customers was a burden. On top of that, the drink machine was broken and had no carbonation, so every soda tasted flat and gross. The whole visit felt unwelcoming and frustrating. I strongly suggest finding a different Burger King location if you actually want decent service and a normal meal.

This has got to be the dirtiest BK in the U.S.A. EVERYTHING I touched was sticky. I had to get up and leave to eat, and when I did my hoodie stuck to the back of the chair! I went to another table and that table was sticky also thisbtime sticking to my sleeves. I left the facility completely. The lady at the counter was the absolute rudest and laziest human I have ever encountered. She was rude to me, my wife AND the customer in the drive-thru screaming at him “you got to come inside if you want service I’m not messing with drive-thru”. Mind you it was slow, no one was inside (except us) and no one was in the drive-thru (except him). If I owned this location I would make drastic changes quickly and it would immediately start with her!

They microwave the food. Needs to be fresh. Staff acts like they dont want to help you at all and that we are bothering them. Needs to be fired.

Either the oil was old or they use the same fryer for fish and chicken. The chicken tasted like it had been fried in dirty fish oil.they told us the apple pies were fried in the same oil.
