When we asked for more sauce and the carhop rolled her eyes at us. She gave us the wrong drink which was fine, mistakes happen. When we pointed it out she wanted our receipt and we couldn’t find it, so she just walked away. While we looked for the receipt I realized both drinks were wrong. Eventually we found it the receipt and had to ask them to come back. They asked for the drinks back after I had drank out of it already so I gave her a heads up but she didn’t really care lol. The food was cold and old so we went home to heat it up. We ended up tossing the drinks because the carhop was so rude to us we figured they spit it in.
Mistakes happen and it wouldn’t have been a big deal. We were understanding, we’ve worked customer service and know it can suck. But they treated us like we were stupid and an inconvenience for daring to point out we got the wrong drinks. I would understand if it were busy but we were literally the only car there. Work sucks but we were being nice and understanding. The whole thing was weird and unnecessary.
Edit: They gave us drinks someone else drank out of. We didn’t put straws in our drinks after the weird interaction and when we got home we noticed the straw hole had been broken like someone else put a straw through it already.

Best Sonic around!! Every time we go here the food is fantastic! It’s always hot and fresh. I live a couple towns away so I drive a little ways but it’s always worth it!! My son worked at the Sonic in Hannibal MO when we lived there and it is an excellent restaurant, the one on Page in Olivette in my opinion is even better. Thank you so much for making our food so good

Used the mobile app to order food. Paid for the order. Pulled into the stall and put in the number like the app said to. Say 20 minutes waiting. The guy working the drive thru poked his head out the door and yelled at us that we had to pull through the drive thru to get our food. Go through the line. Get asked what we ordered were told he had to push it through explained we had already been charged for the food showed him the order and was told to just show him at the window so he could have them make it. Then when we are waiting in line another person comes out. Asks if we had door dash order. We told him no we ordered through the app. He then walked back inside comes back out and finally gives us our food. Which by this point has clearly been under a heat lamp to long. Onion rings were hard enough you could chip a tooth. Burger was dry. And tots were cold. And my cherry limeade now watered down. Overall worst experience I’ve had at this location. This just solidifies why I don’t go to this location. Not happy with any of the experience and probably will not be bringing my business here ever again.

Food was fine, they did forget our forks but it didnt really bother me. Until I tried my mom’s and sisters ice-cream, it was laced. Both of the ice-cream were laced with strong alcohol. And it wasnt a few drops it tasted like they drowned the ice-cream in alcohol. Never thought a fast-food place would be the first place I would get a drink laced but here we are.

my family went to grab drinks for our long ride home. this location forgot our order that was placed online and we waited 20 minutes. after the 20 minute wait, we pulled around and hit the stall button to check on our order, the carhop seemed to be annoyed that we were asking for assistance. the order we received after his help was missing two items and when we asked about them, we were told the ice cream machine was broken and they couldn’t refund us for it that we needed to call the corporate number for that. overall, the service was mildly infuriating and disappointing.

Really cold fries, burger? Even McDonald’s has better burgers and BK. The slushy was like ice and sugar. No flavor. Def won’t be back ever again. Workers attitude? Should have probably stayed in bed. Bad cust service

They act like you’re bothering them for ordering here. I ordered online and she gave me my drinks and then I was waiting for my food for a few minutes and she asked if I had anything else and I showed her on my phone she seemed confused. Like what was that??? I paid $35 how you gonna forget my entire order and I asked for a bunch of ranch and honey mustard online and they put ketchup in the bag. I had to turn around to get my ranch but she only gave me two and I asked for four online but whatever. Just crazy how they were SHOCKED I wanted my food and seemed upset that I wanted it

Ordered online for pickup and our order was given away to a door dasher. Mind you we didn’t order off of door dash. They tons us that we will have to reorder and pay again. My wife said no she was not doing that. They remade the order with next to nothing put in for the fries and tots we ordered. Don’t waste your time at this location you’ll clearly get screwed over and told you need to order and pay again. Or apparently have your order shorted and messed with. I will be contacting an area manager as well. And letting everyone online know how disrespectful and inefficient this location is. No winner this location has such a low rating!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been to the location now 3 times and every single time they can’t get the order handed out correctly. I ordered a super sonic double – recited a single patty, unsweetened instead of sweet tea. And no blackberry flavor in my slush as requested. Honestly I won’t be back at this location and won’t recommend to anyone.
