I began researching and making pizza after moving out west from Chicago. Premium Wisconsin Mozzarella, separate thin and deep dish dough recipes prepared daily, and a third generation sausage purveyor from Chicago—the same sausage maker that supplied the pizzerias that made Chicago pizza famous—are just a few of the examples of my commitment to quality and authenticity. When I opened the first Chicago Fire, I created recipes based on how great they taste, not how much time they take to prepare. It turns out, people enjoy socializing when dining out and appreciate having a little more “table time” to relax, not to mention the anticipation of that hot, crispy, buffalo wing or the cheesy, flaky, deep dish pizza made to order! The Deep dish pizzas are a must try item on the menu. Incredibly light, not a lot of oil so it doesn’t feel stuffy although it’s heavier on the cheese side. The bruschetta is a DIY assortment of cherry tomato’s on bread which i wouldn’t recommend.

Pretty solid tasting chicago style pie. Surprisingly good crust. The mozzarella just hits the right spot. Other toppings were pretty sparse though. The deep dish takes about 30+ minutes so be prepared to wait a bit. Overall, the prices are a bit too high to make me a repeat customer though.

Great Chicago deep dish Pizza. The sauce is amazing and has great flavor and the crust still remains crispy under all that cheese and sauce. Service is great and the Atmosphere is even better. I love how the inside feels and looks.

walked in for a small chicago fire deep dish pizza with the habanero sauce on the side and waited about 20-25 minutes for it. i walked around the block while i waited since there’s a lot to see! i was already starving when i got it and i ate a slice while in traffic on my way home. it was delicious and the cheese pull was awesome!

The host seated us right away when we came in. The waiter tended to our needs and came to check on us. When the food came out? Delicious and fresh! We orderedbthe deep dish, half stockyard, half all meat. Fried artichoke hearts, my favorite, and the boneless buffalo wings…. so tender! 10/10 recommend.

This place was great, I’ve always wanted to try it I’m glad I did, I was not disappointed, they have a couple decent lunch specials for like $14.00 for a salad or a couple boneless wings. A personal specialty pizza and a dessert ,or a pasta lunch special also and I believe there was another couple lunch specials on the menu, they also have daily specials in the back of the menu, also happy hour from like 3:00 till 6:00. The sauce on the pizza is amazing the ingredients are all fresh and amazing. The thin crust is great. The deep dish looks amazing but I didn’t get that this time I will next time definitely going back. You must try it

Also had their signature desert. I know I know, I should stay away from sweets, but occasionally I have some desert!.. Their signature deep dish tasted amazing! Truly a signature dish, try it out if you are not yet a diabetic!
