Well made ecuadorian food. Eat like in Ecuador, with lunches served on two parts, soup and main dish, for a really good price compared to options around. Taste is great, the only drawback is juice, they were disappointing. Better ask for a soda, water or anything bottled. Tamarindo juice tasted like caramel. It gets crowdy very fast due to flavor and prices and usually there’s a line to be served. Arrive early so you can get more options or choose to-go. They serve food for all 3 meals of the day, it feels like they never close.

The food is amazing and super flavorful!! The churrasco and the ceviche is made to perfection here. The taste of the grill on the skirt steak is beyond explainable . The presentation and service is impeccable! Come here if you want amazing food, don’t want to break the bank and want to stay out of the way of the lights and cameras of other places . Lowkey and amazing!
Also We come here often so expect to wait for a table as that’s how it’s been every other time but luckily this time around, no wait at all. It was Saturday roughly around 5pm for those that may want to test their luck on missing the crowd 😉

I had the chaulafan or chaufa. It was a big portion tasted great not stingy with meat. The meal was tasty . My husband had a lunch special that came with soup and drink. I think it was 8 to 10$. Great price. My only reason for being displeased was the waitress and environment. If you are not Ecuadorian you are going to get looks and waitresses are not very kind or helpful. I am Puerto Rican and hubby is Dominican so we don’t speak or look Ecuadorian. They made us wait longer than everyone else because it was super busy. If you don’t have to dine there don’t.. order on phone or online and pick your food up. You will absolutely feel out of place and it won’t be that u are feeling self conscious it is actually happening. I do love the food just the service needs to be better.

Good food, but my experience and other family members who often orders from this restaurant it’s been marred by poor service from most of the waiters specifically Patricia. She has no manners when answers the phone to get an order, she is always inattentive, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in helping. When it comes to customer service, they have no control or organization. Unfortunately, the service overshadowed what could have been a much more enjoyable visit.

The food is tasteful and the bread they have there is so good. They don’t exaggerate on the prices, which is a plus.
The downside to this place is the servers they have. They have so many ladies working their and not one makes a difference. They are rude, slow and disorganized.

I LOVE the food here, it’s like they make it with pure love. I come here with my mom almost all the time since I was little, the price is great for the food that they serve and it’s very filling. The servers are okay, of course there are times where it gets busy and they’re just trying to get their job done they still do good.
The only dislike would have to be how it is just so hard to find parking close to the restaurant, so I usually just park at the CVS.

Be careful with the servers. when you ask for the bill and give them the credit card they will include there tip as much as they want . they think we don’t know. next time we paying cash and tipping then no more then 5 bucks cuz the service sucks. Plus the food came out cold. not to mention there was a hair in my churasco.
