They have always been great to my family. They don’t normally make order mistakes and they always have napkins in the bag. Lol they are kind and courteous. They listen and prepare my food perfectly every time I’ve gone there and that’s been for about 2 years now. They accommodate me even if it’s something a little out of the regular. I like eating here.

First let me start by saying I have low expectations for McDonald’s anyway. I’m not even sure why I stopped. But I was in a hurry so I thought it would be fast. That was my first mistake. Waited in the drive-through. There were two lanes. they skipped me twice. All I ordered was a cheeseburger and a soda. They asked me to pull ahead and cars behind me for some reason were getting their orders while I was waiting. What poor service and even worse efficiency. It’s not surprising. They have such a low Google rating.

Really didn’t want to talk negative about a fast food place but this place just gets worse and worse. Went this afternoon around 1pm wanting just 1 apple pie. When I came inside someone told me it will be a few minutes for a pie . Totally fine . Looked like there were a bunch of old pies sitting on the heater on the side. Figured they were waiting on making new ones. The manager kept asking them how long on the pies and I don’t know what the answer was. After 20+ minutes of waiting for 1 apple pie the worker from the beginning grabbed one of the pies that was sitting on the side the whole time , took off the time sticker and then gave it to me. I couldn’t wait there any longer so I just left. Was hoping that going again later tonight to get 1 small fry it would go better but again another 15 minute wait for 1 small fry. It wasn’t even busy in there or at the drive thru. The fries were cold and insanely salty as well. I have worked at McDonalds and there is no way I would treat my customers like this McDonalds treats theirs. Please do better. Please be better.

Ordered inside for takeout. Found a sign handwritten in front of the cash register “please use kiosk”. The manager seem to be too busy on her phone texting. Had problems with the kiosk, ended up ordering four hash browns instead of two. Asked for a refund. I apologize for the inconvenience and she never said a word or even looked up from the cash register. When I got the food, after watching her on her phone the entire time, I stated to the elderly woman that it was rude to have that sign so your manager can sit on her phone. She agreed with me. This is not the first time we haven’t been greeted with a friendly smile or a thank you. 9:47 am on February 1st, 2026.

If you order threw any delivery service just skip this location. It takes no less than 30 min to complete an order. Constantly stating order is ready and sending texts with and empty shelf. Angry customers. 100% a problem 24/7

I had visited this location on sunday october 26th at around 8 pm. i had waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. i had spoken with the manager Alice about how i was frustrated that i had to wait this long while also waiting for my toddlers food. she had told me there was nothing she could do to accommodate for my complaints. and proceeded to raise her voice at me with my toddler in the back seat of my car. it was one of the most unprofessional experiences i have ever had in my life. i will NOT be returning and will be contacting mcdonald’s support in the morning. keep in mind i was very level headed the whole time with her and was just trying to see if they would offer to fix the issue. they did not. and i left feeling very frustrated. do not go there. and by the time i left i had been there for over 25 minutes.

Did a DoorDash delivery and DID NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT ORDER. Was missing fries with two meals, ordered a kids meal with nuggets but got a cheeseburger and no extra fries which I paid for. Got the buffalo chicken deluxe and bread was stale as hell like not even edible. Nuggets not fresh and sloppy burgers. Unacceptable behavior. Nothing was right and paid quite a bit for order. Took forever to process order as well. Just unacceptable as I also have worked in fast food as well. Don’t mess with peoples food please and insure everything is correct.

Think it’s funny that it another place that you’re asking about service when there is none. You get a little ticket out of the machine after you pay for it you have to pick a chair. And then someone will bring your food out without saying a word to you. It feels like you’re disturbing them from doing whatever it is they weren’t doing well they weren’t serving you.

Absolutely trash. We have nothing but problems at this McDonald’s. Cold food… sloppy service and if they can just throw this in a bag it makes me question a lot. Parked 20 minutes for these burgers… they were dry, cold and ice cold stale fries. They never offer coupons or refunds either.

I went for 2 large fries and a couple of double cheese burgers. When I got to the window for food I was handed the burgers along with one of the larger fries and was told to pull forward and the other would be out shortly. After about 5 minutes someone looked as if they were going to come out but they turned around. Another 5 minutes went by and more cars started to come through. Another car finally came behind me and after another 5 minutes someone came out and gave me a bag. There was a large fry in there along with whatever the person behind me had ordered. With how the weather was I was just going to take the bag and go but figured the person behind me would be waiting there just as long as I was and get the wrong food like I did. I took the bag inside and waited another 5 minutes to get the large fry I was missing. By this time all my food was cold and I haven’t been back there since.
