It has been many years since our last visit to a Hardee’s, mostly because none are near us. We had positive memories of Hardee’s and we were looking forward to the charbroiled burger. The online app made ordering and pickup easy. Our order was on time and accurate. Unfortunately, the quality was terrible. The burgers were sloppily assembled with the burger and cheese half off the buns. The lettuce was not a leaf but the stalk that is usually thrown away. Last, the burger taste was disappointing. It did not have a beef flavor and the charbroiled taste was lacking. We might try again in several years.

Where’s the cashier? Oh, they didn’t have one for the moment, and folks were told to go to the drive through. What if I walked to Hardee’s today? Management thought it was a good idea to yell over customers, and repremand the cashier for leaving on her scheduled time in the midst of service, because she was the only cashier. I’m confused…
I liked the chicken tenders, they were crispy and juicy, well cooked. Fries were good. The Famous burger was decent, just don’t advertise it as thick, it wasn’t, didn’t even cover the entire bun, almost $6, not worth it.
The restaurant’s appearance is shabby. It has caution cones all throughout the floor, and dosen’t look like it’s been cleaned or moped in a while, including the bathrooms.

Went to grab dinner tonight. It was about 8:15pm ordered two double cheeseburgers $5.99 deal. Was told because they were getting ready to close they had no more fries, the dbl cheeseburgers were tough not even fresh. The guy that told me they had no fries looked at me as if it was my problem. All I got was a half sorry and that was it. No one even tried to fix the issue. So pretty much I was over charged for crappy service, no fries and two unbeatable burgers. Worst restaurant ever!! Never coming back

The employees here are really really nice and I’m sorry to give a less than great review, but every time I’ve eaten here, it’s been pretty awful. Somehow still edible if you can stomach it, but generally, it has been pretty awful. By the time the food gets cold, the bread is rubbery and the meat is stiff.

Pulled up to the driveway, was told “just a moment”. Waited about 5 minutes, said “hello?” Was told “just a moment, we’re behind right now”. Mind you, the inside was closed and no one else was in line. Waited several more minutes and then gave up. At least tell us what’s going on, leaving us sitting here hungry is messed up man. Horrible service, wasted our time completely. Whoever is running this location must not care at all. Don’t waste your time like we did.

Only had one person in front of me but still waited forever for 2 double cheese burgers which had been microwaved so long as to be crunchy and hard and unable to be eaten. It felt personal but I had never met anyone there before … not sure why they sold me food that couldn’t be eaten but it was really really bad

Why is it that people that work in restaurants just don’t care anymore? Every time I go here they’re always out of something they never take special requests for food. I ordered a original bag with two items fries and a drink. Two of my first choice drink options were unavailable. And when I got home to eat I got one and a half Burger on a double cheeseburger see picture attached and the bun looks like it was smushed behind something and the intact burger was cold and dried out. Two stars only because the fries were hot. I contacted Hardee’s feedback and all they wanted to do was send me a coupon but I have to join their Hardee’s club to do so. But why would I want to come back here and get another screwed up meal? Shameful.

I have been there 3 times in the last month after or around 5pm. Entire staff be in the dining room just sitting chilling one time a girl was asleep. No one acknowledged me I stood by the register one no one ever even looking up from the phones until I actually said something and got the response of were closed… 5 in the afternoon smh.

The lady was actually better than my previous experience I didn’t have to drive off because of rude employees the lady at the windows had great customer service. On the other hand I will not be returning I’m so tired of wasting money on this nasty food. This place need to close down. It’s the only food place right there other than wa was and sheetz but I refuse to ever eat this disgusting mess ever again. I was hungry so I tried to eat the nasty sandwich but when the tomato came out that was it for me. This is not the first time I’ve had multiple bad experiences but this one did it. I’m tired of giving them chances to get it right. At this point they don’t care and this is just the way they do businesses. I would recommend it cold fies, stale burgers, old buns. Just trash! And don’t forget poor customer anytime after 3 smfh
