There’s maybe one or two good staff members I have encountered over numerous visits along the many years I’ve gone here. If you get customized food its likely going to arrive wrong and if you bring it to an employees attention your at high risk of a verbal retaliation or to be handled by a very dismissive and irate “professional”

Terribly terribly slow. 2 customers in the drive through and it took 10 minutes to pick up my order which I submitted through the app. On the plus side, the good was fresh and hot and tasty

After a terrible experience at a different location I didn’t have high expectations. The wait time was reasonable and my items were made they way I asked. Hot fries are big deal these days and I appreciate this location giving me hot food after waiting in line. We all know how rare that is.

I went to get food at about 1230. the kid at the drive-through was rude and slow. Took 2 people to take my order and the both had a horrible attitude. I got a spicy McChicken and a six piece and a McChicken and a Mcdouble large fry .My Mcdouble had no pickles, onions, ketchup or mustard, but it had lettuce and mayo. I was the first person in line. But waited a good 10 minutes while they took Other orders. But as they were taking orders, you couldn’t hear them due to their music blasting in the back that they did not turn down to take the orders. As a former employee of this mcdonald’s, I know how it is to work the night shift.

Was standing waiting to order for 15 min. I saw 7 or 8 people in the back speaking another language. I yelled Hello.they just stood there looking at me while one person was on their cell phone. I ended up leaving.
No wonder the place was empty.

Unbelievably they didn’t offer a free toy when we purchased a happy meal package for one of our kids. They said it was out of the stock. I kept asking for the happy meal money refund. They refused, but another employee gave us two free old toys. When our daughter opened the happy meal box and found that a beverage was not in the box. Their attitudes were not friendly to us. They gave us a hard time , so they need to get some trainings. The trash bin is fully loaded. See attached with a picture.

Didn’t notice til I got home because I was driving in the dark while eating, but they served me one cooked and one raw patty, food from here is always underdone or made wrong. Let’s hope I don’t get food poisoning. They’re customer service is okay but when it comes to your food PLEASE do better before you kill someone
