I just picked up my order ahead, order. The waffle and biscuit were good but the mushrooms I added in my hashbrown bowl are not cooked all the way, they are chewy/rubbery, not soft at all. You can get posioning from uncooked mushrooms.

I’ve always loved coming to Waffle House and it’s usually one of my favorite places to eat, which is why this visit was so disappointing.
We waited about 10 minutes just to get our drinks, and what made it even more frustrating was watching tables that were seated after us get their drinks before we did. It honestly felt like we were being overlooked.
I understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic things like drink service especially in the order guests are seated shouldn’t be an issue without at least some communication. The overall service just felt inattentive, which isn’t what I’ve experienced here before.
I really hope management addresses these service issues because I’d like to continue coming back. This location has always been a favorite of mine, but this experience made it hard to enjoy the visit.

The food was really good and the restaurant was clean. The food took a little longer than usual because the cook seemed a little bit slow, and the waitresses were friendly. However, the waitresses were a little bit slow to check on us as well. The food was very good, however, the rest of the experience would be considered slightly above average for a Waffle House. I would eat here again though. 4.5 out of 5 stars!

Just to clarify, I’m giving this 5 stars because this location lives up to what you expect from a Waffle House. Obviously, you can find better breakfast locations around…. But when it’s 10:00pm and you’re needing a break from a 7-hour road trip, this place hits the spot. The waitress meant business; she wasn’t trying to be super friendly but also wasn’t rude. I’m not expecting Chick-Fil-A style service, so I appreciated this. She accommodated me when I decided to get a side of sausage after I had already placed my order (the sausage was excellent ). I tried their limited-time Strawberry Shortcake waffles. For what they were, they were super good!
I will say, my one complaint with Waffle House as a chain is that they have disappointingly few waffle options for a place called Waffle House. And even their fruit toppings don’t include real fruit. But that’s an issue with corporate, not this location. And I’m always hoping to see a fight, but that hasn’t happened yet, unfortunately. All this to say, if you’re looking for the proper Waffle House experience, you’ll find it here.

The menus now have a sticker on them saying there is a 50 cent surcharge on each egg ordered. That’s $6 a dozen EXTRA in their pocket, how much are they spending on eggs?
This is the cleanest Waffle House I’ve been to; but the service and food is always subpar. It is worth a drive to fort smith if you want to eat Waffle House. Do not sit at the counter by the sink. The inattentive employees will splash water all over you and your food when doing dishes.
They did not give me any pickles with my sandwich and were pretty stingy with the toppings for my waffle, however everything tasted good.

The two guys who were working the overnight shift were honestly the best people ever. It was 29 degrees out and I was trying to warm up and only had like 20 bucks. They let me chill as long as I wanted to and were just good people.

Have to brag on the crew that was on shift at 9pm on Feb 28 2026. There were 2 by themselves running the whole restaurant (a bit packed) and 2 more came in a while after for their shift and they picked up and helped take care of everyone and make sure everyone was taken care of!

Been coming here for four years three days a week and there are two really good waitresses here but the one named Lexi goes out of her way to make sure she charges as much as he possibly can is never the same here it changes daily. She’s rude and acts like she don’t want to be here.

The food was good but the order was missing some things that I paid for. I ordered a chocolate chip waffle and scrambled eggs. And a ham, egg, and cheese toaster with double hashbrowns, scattered, covered, chunked, smothered, and peppered but they forgot my cheese and they forgot the chocolate chips in the waffle. The server called it out correctly but the cook didn’t make either the way it was ordered. It was still good but hate paying for stuff I didn’t get.
