We arrived late at 11 PM on July 7, 25. We asked do you validate parking? No. It’s alright, just asking. No one handed us menu or walked us to table.
I asked where to sit. 2 lady servers: sit anywhere. It’s ok again. We waited 15 mins.
They walked around our table multiple times, laughed, and served others came after us!?!? They very welcomed others except us.
Foods:
Small salad cost $15. It’s alright. Yellow beet. Tasteless salad. Very sad if you pick it alone.
Half rack of Rib: very chewy, not fall out of bone, but acceptable. Very well seasoned.
Fries and Tots: crunchy skin and milky, fatty inside.
Lemon Pepper Wings: tasty and good size.
Cocktails:
Sour Cherry Mezcal Margarita: it’s like they pour half cup of alcohol in this cocktail. It’s cocktail guys, not a bottle of tequila. bartender needs more training.
Water is TAP water guys.
Question: do you discriminate Asian in general? We pay the foods, we tip the servers. We tipped the guy well. We talked politely to him. We just tried to have a happy dinner after a long day. What’s wrong?
To the manager: teach your servers, especially 2 girls at 11pm. Or just tell us to wait for someone else. Don’t avoid us while we arrived before 4-5 other tables.
We understand it’s late. But if you want to close soon, don’t open until 12am!
Like most Wing places, there are a few Wings, flats or drums that would be thrown in and not counted in your order or thrown away. Some were perfect some were ,”where’s the meat?”

When we arrived we waited 15 minutes to get in but they said the holy Jolly bar were booked for a private event and we had to wait until that event finishes and then finally got in but the private event still running and we had to watched the fútbol game instead Christmas music or any other vibes and the decor was good but not enough for all of them is not worthy to pay in advance $25 each one
The burger had absolutely no seasoning. I ate less than half of it, only trying a few bites. When the manager came over, he immediately took the plate and said he would only take half of it off the bill. I explained that I had not eaten half. He responded that they do not season their meat , in a very dismissive tone.
As he walked away, I asked if he planned to offer anything else. He said no. I asked if that was his final answer, and he said yes and walked off. The rudeness was shocking.
I then told the server I would not be paying for the tasteless burger, so the manager returned and said he would remove it this time, but that it would not happen again because “nothing was wrong with the burger.” He seemed personally offended that I didn’t like the food. I told him I would not be returning, and he replied, “Very good. I’m glad.”
We paid for my husband’s meal and were leaving when I saw the manager again at the hostess stand. I told him that taking care of customers makes for a better experience. He responded with “whatever.” As I walked out, the situation escalated further, and he followed me outside yelling profanity loudly enough to be heard over traffic.
Not only was the food bad, but the manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money at an establishment that treats customers this way.
Vincent was our server and he was great. Very attentive. Will definitely be coming back!
