So I came to order for my family the lady on the other kiosk quite litterally screaming at the customer .Then I go to the window the guy asked me for my order I told him very rude about it then waiting for my food I turned and he didn’t say that my food was done he looked annoyed as if I did something wrong. Then I check my entire order is wrong so I had to go in to get my order and they still were very rude to me as if I did something wrong zeo the worker was the only nice person and that’s why I put 3 stars instead of zero cause she helped me out the way a customer should.

Fairly awkward to get in off the main road. Parking is in One direction around the building so make sure you have your eyes up! Restrooms and restaurant could be a lot cleaner and maintained. Food could be better presented otherwise was delicious and recommend for a quick bite.

Ordered a simple order that took 20+ minutes. The amount of lettuce they “threw” on each sandwich I received was not anywhere close to the enclosed picture amount. I spread the lettuce pretty evenly between the 4 identical sandwiches. It was slower than molasses in lobby, yet 7 people in back rushing around for online orders and the only saving grace was the single person in lobby cleaning the local vicinity near doors.

Received burnt food last week, and when I brought it up today, I was met with silence, no apologies, etc. Additionally, I was immediately pulled at the second window. Normally i’m fine with this but there were a total of 7 cars that were pulled. what is the point of a drive thru if you’re just going to make everyone park and wait? lastly, the food i received was covered in grease and missing slices of cheese from our burgers.

Whenever a specific manager is there it is obvious they tamper with the food because I want it how I want. They have served me food deliberately that is below quality old food and including ingredients I did not ask for. They make it obvious they are doing this to me and doing it for spite. I believe this manager has a problem and does not want my experience to be good whenever I visit the restaurant. At least when this manager happens to be there this is the case in any eventuality. I have never learned this person’s name but this experience issue continues to happen every time I visit when this manager is present. The food service and atmosphere are always much better when this person is not in the restaurant.

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding an incident that occurred at your establishment. I received food that appeared to have been tampered with and was unsafe to consume. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager on duty, I was shocked and deeply offended when they responded with racial slurs and personal insults.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am requesting that the store owner personally contact me to address this matter, as it raises serious concerns about both food safety and employee conduct. I dont want a link to corporate to complain I would like the curtacy of a phone call from the owner.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered from the drive through and was asked to park and wait for my food. I went in the store I was told the employee couldn’t find my car and that’s why they didn’t bring my food out. Then on top of this, they stuffed multiple sauces for my chicken nuggets inside of the large fry container instead of filling the fries up completely. My wife was so upset she started laughing in disbelief. This McDonalds location is an absolute disgrace and I will not be ever returning here again.

I still like McDonald’s even though there’s a lot of naysayers online….but this location is hit or miss. I ordered no lettuce on my chicken wrap & of course they put enough to make a salad! My chicken tender was a deep fried muscle..yuk…so now I’m on the verge of becoming a vegetarian I added a light pump of cookie butter syrup 2 my iced coffee & it was filled 1/2way with syrup..it was overpowering & I threw it in the trash. That was such a waste of product…screaming children & overwhelmed staff… maybe just an off day bc we all have them.

Terrible experience. We just left this MCDonalds. First of all, the manager told her employee that our order wasn’t ready so “get them out of MY line.” You could even see that the teenage employee knew that was inappropriate to say I’m front of a customer.
Secondly, we started opening our food once it was brought out, and.. well, the pictures will explain the rest. Poorly assembled sandwiches on dried out buns with a hair in one of them!!! Seems like the manager is forcing high productivity, causing low quality food.

Ordered NO CHEESE, Light mac sauce… Grill slip says exactly that. Saw the cheese, so I took it apart to scrape off the cheese and extra sauce, and there was a day sticker labeled “SHREDDED” stuck on the cheese!! I mean, not paying attention to the modifications printed on the grill slip is one thing, but how can you not see that there is a big white sticker in the lettuce when assembling my sandwich?!?!? Please pay attention while making other people’s food, especially if you are getting paid and it is part of your job! Things like that are considered contamination and can involve the Health Department. Please take your jobs more seriously and pay attention while working for your customers’ safety and well-being. Greatly appreciated.
