I like to come here late at night with my siblings; every time we’ve come here the staff has been nothing but kind and friendly towards us. It makes our late night snack runs much more enjoyable! Also the cookies are always amazing 🙂

Was so good when they first opened. The last few times we went were not a as great. One of the times we went we bought milk with our cookies and after we left we realized the milk was expired after opening and drinking the milk. The milk tasted funny and I looked at expiration date and it was 2 weeks expired. The next time we went the cookies were hard and crunchy. We were expecting them to be soft like the first time we went. We will probably stick with crumbl cookie.

I ordered my mom a gluten free cookie but didn’t realize it was vegan chocolate chunk and had gluten, but my mom was gluten free so she’s gonna be throwing up in 2 hours. Make sure it is correct before giving it to someone who is gluten free.

My experience at Insomnia Cookies was a little left to be desired. The cookies that I tasted did not taste like the ones I get in Fargo. I envisioned them to be WARM, soft, and moist. Instead they were crunchy and grainy. Don’t get me wrong, the flavors were amazing, especially the mint chocolate chip ice cream. The service was lacking. I thought I would get my order right away when I did a pickup order. Instead I had to wait 5 minutes for the server to show up to the front counter and make it on the spot. This place is still better than Crumbl Cookies, and I hope to receive better service and delicious cookies when I come back.
