We LOVE Oregano’s and I hate that we had a bad experience but this one really irked me. I called in our usual order for my husband to pick up on his way home. We always order two of the same pasta dishes with both having the same modifications. The employee asked if the mods were for both and I confirmed. At the end of the call, she let me know the total and everything was good. When my husband arrived home with the order, I immediately noticed something was missing- one of the pasta dishes. He showed me the receipt and it was for less that what I had been quoted when ordering. I called to inquire about the missing dish and was told, “well, we only charged you for one, so it’s fine. Would you like us to start another one?” Not the point at all. My issue is that some employee looked at our order and decided on their own that two identical dishes on one ticket must be an error and removed one without even calling to ask the customer! Who does that?! If you guys change my order after the fact, then your offer to rectify better be “we’re so sorry that we canceled an item from your order without asking you, the customer, for clarification. We’d love to start a new order and deliver it to you free of charge since it was our mistake.”

The food is always tasty here! The manager was very attentive and checking on people, and our server was amazing!! I didn’t get her name, but she had black-ish hair in a ponytail and was handling the center section around noon today. She helped my mom find a coupon that wasnt showing on the app, and was super quick and attentive to everyone even though she was handling many tables. I would always recommend this restaurant!

Had a nice little night out, it wasn’t too busy when we arrived so it was a nice atmosphere to enjoy dinner and everything was delicious! The Original pizza cookie was definitely the cherry on top of a great night. I didn’t think it could be done, but it is one of the best pizza cookies I’ve had so far in life, I highly recommend.

If you have not been to an Oregano’s you are surely missing out. They have a very old time feel that really feels at home. The service is usually pretty good. I gave this place another shot and was not disappointed; I tried the Chicken Parm Sanwich. It was very large, crunchy, and flavorful. I also got to try the sweet potato fries; these were with sugar instead of salt as the seasoning; definitely not for me. I stopped going here only because I was not a fan of the pizza; something about the cheese that I do not like. This time was different the pizza was very good. Overall, they really stepped up their game and I will have to come back. (P.S. try the garlic bread with marinara!)

Had a great time. Its always fun to start an order with “So, we’re going to need to go boxes…” and then order it all because you just cant decide! Our server, Lindsey, was awesome and super helpful. We started with the Boom Dip, cheesy spinach artichoke dip with flat cheese bread for dipping. It wasn’t overloaded with spinach and they didn’t skimp on the artichokes like most places. Then the Guaca-Tony, an italian style cheese crisp?! with heaping scoops of chunky guacamole. We followed up with the Coop De Ville Jumbo Chicken Parm and the Big Beefstro Salad. The Parm was perfectly crispy with a generous helping of mozzarella and thick marinara that stuck to the fettuccine. The Beefstro had an enjoyably gentle spicy kick to it and shredded ribeye that tasted nearly caramelized. An awesome mix of sweet & spicy if that’s what you like! We finished with a custom Pan Pizza filled with mushrooms, onions, peppers, Canadian bacon and fresh basil. I would’ve liked to see the sauce on top, but once you take a bite, does it really matter? We had planned to top off with The Original Pizza Cookie but if we hadn’t finished, let’s face it, you can’t doggie bag ice cream. That will have to happen another day. I have to say, after dining at 2 steakhouses in the past 2 weeks, we were giggling when we got this bill. We ordered twice as much food and still came in at under $100. Definitely going to keep that in mind when we take our 5 kids out to eat!
