I have never ever in my life felt that the food was made with love in any of the fast food drive threws I’ve ever been to (which is a lot of em). That is untill this evening. The ladies at the windows were the sweetest little girls. Hands down the best service I’ve gotten at a drive through, I never write reviews. I will be personally offended if you dont give the back of house and front of house staff a raise. This is the first time ever I’ve received hot food from taco bell. It’s always just warm enough but tonight it was nice a hot! Not to mention the food in the burrito was evenly distributed! I know we all have been to taco bell and got a bit of just sour cream, or just a mouth full of beans. Not tonight! And when I pulled up there were quite a few folks in line but they were fast with it! Didn’t wait long at all. I am so happy! It’s the small things .

I got dinner here today and I usually go in the drive thru but decided to go inside. They had a small line in the drive thru but were really friendly and gave me my drink right away. Giada asked me if I wanted to eat here or to go. She started making my food right when I told her I got there. She seemed like she cared and was very friendly to me and other customers that came in after me. I feel like I have been to almost every Taco Bell in the Chattanooga area and usually the service is average or less than average. I have been to this Taco Bell a couple of times recently and everytime it’s good. The people are friendly. The diet Baja blast tastes really good and tastes like it should. Other Taco Bell’s it usually comes out flat or just gross. And the food is always good. Will definitely be back!

this location off of Lee Highway was very busy there is a wraparound line in drive through. I decided to go inside, and I was greeted by Miss Latonya. She was the most pleasant lady I’ve ever come across in fast food. The team in the back worked like a fine oiled machine. Everyone was quite and efficient. I got my food so quickly. It was so hot and delicious. I went back for seconds. same fast and hot. Lady came in saying she got the wrong bag of food to Miss Latonya with no food in hand, the lady was obviously lying, but Miss Latonya still was respectful to her. The restaurant was very clean and there was a lot of people inside as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience and being so nice. Miss luTonya b. no photos of food i ate it to fast so yummy.

The cashier “rounded up” without asking me! That’s theft and fraud and I am LIVID!!!
I give to individuals in need when Im out and about and see someone who can use a few bucks or a drink/food or more when I have it, so don’t think I’m being a greedy Karen bc I’m anything but!
But I absolutely do not ever give to charity bc the money ALL of them collect NEVER actually goes to the people in need that they’re claiming to help, so I don’t care that it was only .08¢ that she tried to steal from me: it’s the principle of the matter: she was sneaky, tried to play dumb and when I backed my car up to the window to tell her I knew what she did and I wanted my money back, said she thought I said yes, (when she didn’t even ask me if I wanted to round up, but she also knew exactly what I was talking about and didn’t hesitate to give it back bc she knew what she did was wrong!), and the fact that she KNOWINGLY stole from me, makes me furious! I don’t care how much or how little it is! I didn’t consent (I wasn’t asked but I never say yes when I am asked and I don’t say yes for a darn good reason but that’s not relevant!), and if she did it to me, she’s doing it to others and that adds up quickly and I am not okay with knowing that Taco Bell is condoning stealing from customers to allegedly donate to a “charity.”
And I say that Taco Bell condones it bc after it happened, I began looking it up and sure enough, it happens all the time to people! It’s all over Google, Reddit, Quora, etc., so Taco Bell knows about it yet is still pushing for their associates to get a certain amount of donations per day and probably using scare tactics if they don’t meet their goal, which leads to this kind of illegal crap!
Taco Bell: This needs to stop. It’s corrupt and a horrible way to treat your employees and customers!

I have no problems when I go in this restaurant, but if I go through the drive-through, it’s about a 50-50 shot. Sometimes it’s missing items, sometimes it’s the complete wrong order. 90% of the time I’m on break and unable to go back to the restaurant, but I did feel that I needed to voice my opinion on this location. Today I went through to get a discovery Luxe box, when I pulled up to the drive-through window, the woman handed me my box and then handed me my sauce and napkins separately stating that the box had already been closed, and she didn’t wanna reopen it. The only thing she failed to realize, is that if she had reopened the box she would’ve realized that they again gave me the wrong order. A little extra attention would’ve gone a long way. At least they didn’t forget my cheese…

Whoever is on staff @1:45 pm today August 2nd deserves a raise. The food was amazing, our service was fast and the staff was friendly! When I say the food was amazing, I’m talking about food so good you know why Taco Bell became popular in the first place. My only regret was not getting names.
