I placed an order online, but once at restaurant the price was almost 9 dollars above the stated payment due at store . So, I checked my email again to be sure. Then the worker asked to take my phone to the manager to show them the email. Thinking all would be settled, but no! They flat out refused to honor the stated price. I literally stated if I would have paid with my card online they would be handing me the same pizzas at that price. They wouldn’t even remove the specialty pizza that they claim was causing the issue. And I wasted a good 25 minutes in the line trying to get this issue resolved. All while it’s my daughter’s birthday and all she wanted was Domino’s. We ended up at another location. And of course customer service hotline was closed due to holiday. We love Dominos but won’t be going to this price gouging location ever again!

When the progress bar for my order sat at “prep” for over THIRTY MINUTES for an entire order that was supposed to be ready in LESS than 30 minutes, I assumed it was stalled and left for the store.
I ordered TWO pizzas. The one pizza you made sat for FORTY MINUTES, while there was absolutely no clue where my second pizza was. You had about one and a half people on the pizza line and five and a half people wandering around, picking up receipts and moving them from place to place, including my pizza. They handled the paperwork on my pizza at least half a dozen times.
There was zero, zip, zilch, nada—connection between the app status, the reality in this store, and the in-store status menu. Then the in-store status sign updated to say I should be home “mmmm-ing” the pizza that wasn’t even made yet.
Then the staff told me, falsely, that “it’s in the oven.” After I had already been standing there for FIFTY MINUTES, someone finally realized my second pizza was NEVER made. They offered to make my missing pizza right then. Oh great—by then, the first one had been getting cold, and now I was supposed to wait yet another THIRTY MINUTES. They then said they could make me TWO new pizzas. At that point, I was so totally and completely fed up watching this side-show that I demanded a refund for the second pizza.
The service was terrible. You had to snag an employee as they did their best to avoid you.
I received my refund with NO apology, NO discount, NO comped pizza, and ZERO concern about completely ruining my dinner and evening. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING!

I recently ordered a pizza from your 12318 Beechnut Rd, Houston, TX 77072, and I am extremely disappointed with both the food quality and the service. The pizza I received was excessively thin, flimsy, and lacked proper topping distribution. As shown in the attached image, the crust was too weak to hold properly, making it an unpleasant experience.
Additionally, when I asked the cashier for some crushed pepper packets, he refused and stated that I would need to pay an extra $1.68. This is unacceptable, as condiments like crushed pepper are typically provided at no additional cost in most Domino’s locations. The lack of customer-friendly service further added to my frustration.
Given the poor quality of the food and the unsatisfactory service, I am requesting a full refund for my order. I expect Domino’s to uphold better service standards and ensure that such issues do not occur in the future.
Please address this matter urgently, and I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

If I could give 0, I would.
I ordered an oven-baked sandwich and a brownie. What did I get? A half-eaten pizza. Yes — HALF. EATEN. Like someone already had lunch, boxed up the leftovers, and sent it to me like that was okay.
I called the store, and the night manager says, “Oh yeah, a little mix-up happened. You got a pizza instead of the brownie. It’s okay — you can eat it.”
Excuse me? Eat the food someone already touched? That’s beyond unsanitary — it’s disgusting.
And here’s the real kicker — I’m a General Manager at Papa John’s. I had just finished a 10-hour shift, exhausted, and this is what I come home to? A half-eaten pizza with a side of “deal with it”?
What makes it even worse is I actually order from this location a lot. But the past couple months? It’s been one issue after another. This was just the last straw.
Somebody needs to get some law and order around that place before I even think about coming back.

Store has a drive thru for decoration or idk… I saw 2 cars waiting and then driving off . It also happened to me and had to go inside to be ignored for another couple of minutes. Busy or not they need to have a better system for customers waiting. The deer in the headlights frozen stare without at least a “we are sorry we have been really busy, thank you for your patience” really irrated me. I guess this store likes losing customers.

I usually love this place but today they were having a bad day. And I guess I was an easy target to the raft. First the place was packed I went sat back in my car till it thinned out then I went in to order. And from that point I think the guy in the front was just over it all cause everything I ordered was wrong and they couldn’t do it. Even when I agreed to wait an hour and a half and get the order with the moderation he included my total went from 54.00 online to 75.00 in person but hey the kids wanted pizza and I didn’t want to cook I went to pay and had two 50 bills he asked if that was all I had I said yes and said oh cause we don’t take 50 dollar bill I said what about a hundred he asked if I had a hundred I said no he then stated yes we take those. I was so confused I just left and had to cook at home.

I ordered a 32 piece cinnamon bread bites and was given Parmesan bites. Upon getting home I realized it was wrong and called the store and was informed to bring it back. My children are a few of the bites so when I brought it back the employee would not give me what I ordered but instead had an attitude and said she can only give me how many I brought back. I informed her that it was not my fault they got the order wrong and I am having to go out of my way to come all the way back and use my gas money to fix there mistake so it should be corrected. She proceeded to argue with me and then got the manager involved which told me that if I was to contact corporate that she would be the one to receive the complaint and just get rid of it the managers name is Jackie she was very rude and told me it was not her problem that I had to waste gas to come all the way back for her mistake and asked me if I would give her her time back that I’m wasting so she can go home to her kids. I believe no manager should speak to a customer this way nor any human being for that matter. She shows lack of customer service skills, lack of customer resolution training, And overall proves to be one of the many reasons this dominoes store is not thriving. I will be leaving reviews on every website I can find about this incident and letting the community know that this company is okay with letting their customers be treated like this. I’m appalled at the lack of respect and professionalism that this manager has shown. She is not knowledgeable about policy and lacks the traits needed to be in upper management.

This is THE slowest Donino’s I’ve ever been to. It is literally faster to order from one farther away and make the longer drive. It used to be “30 minutes or it’s free”. Now you’re lucky if your pizza even makes it into the oven in less than 30 minutes. Apparently, they don’t have a policy regarding cars entering the pickup lane before their orders are ready. Because not only did I have to wait 50 minutes for my pizza to be ready, but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the car in front of me to get their order. The truck behind me attempted to make a 200 point turn to back out of the drive thru and failed miserably. The pizza is fine, the service moves at a sloth’s pace.
