Top tier of Taco Bell’s. Always super timely, my order is always correct, & super personable staff. They always acknowledge my presence, so much so they’ve called me by name from my second pick up order, forward. It’s not common to get a “at home/welcoming” experience with fast food. Here you get that!! I think that speaks volumes to their mission. They really do a great job & I can tell they’re always looking for ways to strive for better

Out of all the taco bells. This one is the best. Ots very clean. The bathrooms are clean. Even the Mens. The food is always fresh. Never had a soggy bottom taco. Even to toss in hard shell ones are crunch. My Chalupa shell was a tad bit stale at the top. But the food was really good. Mondays suck. But my lunch today helped.

Whoever yall got working now at the Taco Bell at night is the best because we’ve been twice now (date being 11/23 12:35 AM) and that boy is the nicest and most considerate drive thru worker we’ve experienced at this location. I will happily return as long as he is there.

This location was unprofessional on this Sunday evening. We ordered Taco Bell through DoorDash and they gave us our order and they only gave us half of the order in the bag. Then when we called them, they lied and tried to tell us that they made the order and blamed it on our DoorDash driver. We then got a refund from DoorDash, then replaced our order again. Where they then closed an hour early and did not fulfill our order. When we talked to them on the phone they were extremely unprofessional and rude. Whoever was working Sunday night at 1 AM should be fired. We our now down $45 and no food. Extremely unprofessional.

Got stuck on the toilet for 25 minutes, called three times asking for toilet paper and each time they hung up on me. Never sent anyone, told me “stop playing with them” even after I called back AGAIN. Started yelling for anyone to help, thankfully another customer heard my screams and got me toilet paper. Spoke to the manager afterward, turns out Niya the manager, was the one hanging up on me. Now it was funny dont get me wrong but how are they gonna hang up on me 3 times and not even check on me once after yelling.

I was lied to about the crispy chicken cantina taco no longer being available- for like a month (per the service person). The item is still on the menu in the drive thru, on the app, OH and I have ordered it at that same location in the time frame that I was told they stopped serving it.
