Awful experience regarding delivered order. Chicken looked like it had been around for a couple of days , gross and inedible. Potato wedges also and loaded down with oil. Didn’t trust the other sides. Two dinners straight into the trash. Chicken not even what was ordered. I knew it didn’t come from Spfld. Boston Rd. store which is far closer to me( and wonderful) Won’t ever order again because you can’t choose the store.

My baby asked for this meal and as I opened I notice that they sent some chicken that was made in dirty oil and over cooked. For the price I payed they might as well reconsider their line of business. This is sad and unexceptionable. Won’t buy there again.

Ordered a famous bowl, mac n cheese, and a twister combo that came with nuggets. Never got the nuggets, twister and fries were cold but at least my friend enjoyed their famous bowl. Never order anything other than a famous bowl, it’s the only thing done right

Couldn’t fulfil app order. Manager shut the window on me and walked away for 5 min when I asked if they could substitute the 4 tenders they didn’t have for something else on a $31.55 order. She then threatened to call cops on me if I didn’t leave when she couldnt give me a refund or even give any guidance on how to get one or what number to calm. Pull away and figure it out yourself I guess?

20 min on phone with corporate to get a refund in 3 days. I understand these issues with the alls, but it was easily fixable. The attitude and impatience with reasonable questions was complete trash.

Expect to sit in the drive through for a minimum of 30 minutes, even if there is no one else in line. I actually can’t comprehend how this place is so bad constantly and they NEVER improve. They’re always out of what you order too.

1/5 Stars – AVOID THIS KFC AT ALL COSTS!
I’m still shaken as I write this review, months after the traumatic experience. It’s taken me a long time to gather the courage to share my story, but I want to warn others.

My visit to this KFC was nothing short of terrifying. The moment I walked in, I knew something was off. The atmosphere was tense, and the staff seemed on edge.

But nothing could have prepared me for what happened next. A group of individuals burst into the restaurant, causing chaos and panic. The staff scrambled to respond, but it was clear they were overwhelmed.

I was terrified. The situation quickly escalated, and before I knew it, the police arrived, surrounding the building and shutting down the entire operation. I was trapped inside, fearing for my safety.

This wasn’t an isolated incident, either. I’ve since learned that this KFC has been shut down by police multiple times due to similar incidents. The lack of concern for customer safety is appalling.

Needless to say, I will never set foot in this KFC again. The food may be finger-lickin’ good, but it’s not worth risking my life. If you value your safety, stay far, far away from this location.

I’ve tried to contact KFC’s corporate office to report this incident, but so far, I’ve been met with silence. Unacceptable.

I was really disappointed the last time I went here. Usually the service and the food are great. But the customer service was awful. The woman in the drive thru was super rude, had an attitude and never gave us our receipt or put our order in. We had paid and had to wait on food to be cooked and were given a 10 to 15 minute estimate. 45 minutes later we had to go in just for them to tell us the order was never even filled. They gave more attitude and the food was horrible! Not sure I’ll be eating there again.
