Great food & service, but to-go order mix-up was disappointing. I recently visited Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, and overall, the food, drinks, and service were great! Our waitress was friendly and attentive, making the dine-in experience smooth and enjoyable.
I ordered a Create Your Own Burger with mayo, bacon, a fried egg, double patty (medium well) on a brioche bun, plus their signature Bad Daddy’s Sauce—and it was delicious. Everything was cooked just right, and the flavors came together perfectly.
I also got a side of crispy, well-seasoned fries (note: fries are not included with the burger—you’ll have to order them separately), and we started off with an appetizer of fried chicken wings. The wings were tasty, though I personally felt $10 was a bit steep for what you get.
For drinks, I had the Bad Ass Lime Margarita, and it was strong and really hit the spot. One glass is plenty for most people. I also tried the Strawberry Bad Ass Margarita, which honestly tasted even stronger than the lime version—both were very good.
Unfortunately, the downside of our visit came with one of the to-go orders. My friend ordered the same burger they had earlier, but when they got home, they realized it was made incorrectly—it ended up being exactly like my burger instead of what they asked for. They were really disappointed and upset. Hopefully it can be resolved when they call the restaurant.

First time experience and what a surprise. It’s a Fun upbeat location in a secluded corner of Lowes Food mall. The food is fresh and creative. My wife had the Smash burger and said it was delicious, not oily, and just the right 4oz size. I had the Greek salad with grilled chicken. It was plentifully and the dressing to die for. Rob, our server, was one super person and very effective and efficient. Suggest you ask for him if possible.
The gem for me was the hand dipped fried pickle slices. I have tried them everywhere. These are the best! The use of slices, not coins that can dry out or be frozen but fresh slices with a very tasty batter. Loved the hint of cayenne pepper.
Just before leaving, the manager came over to check how they did. A very well run and must try restaurant.
BTW they show appreciation for veterans.

Stopped in for a lunch date with a friend. It was a Friday. There was plenty of sitting available. They do have an outdoor dining area, but the temperatures were too chilly. We were seated immediately inside. Our waitress was good. The food was good. We had the mozzarella cheese sticks with marinara sauce as an appetizer. We both went with Daddy’s Philly. Delicious! It’s definitely worth the trip!

Dae my server was the best waitress any one could ask for. She got everything right and made eating there so enjoyable. She was so kind and respectful and very polite and understanding. The manager Kathleen is so sweet and kind. If her or someone messes anything up she goes above and beyond to make things right for the customers. She has a big heart and takes responsibility and does so well running that restaurant. She keeps things clean and organized . Definitely going back to that one.

My son and I ate here for the first time today. Everything was great, especially the fried pickles. Katelyn did a wonderful job taking care of us, too. We will definitely be back to take advantage of the half priced apps they offer two hours before close.

The food at Bad Daddy’s is not bad, but the customer service leaves a sour taste in your mouth. I was given $100 worth of gift cards for my birthday a few months back (4 cards, $25 each). I took my family of 4 out to eat in November and expected to pay using the cards. The bill was $65, but I was told I could only use $50 in gift cards at a time. This was disheartening since that rule is not posted anywhere!
I returned this weekend with some friends and went to use another gift card but was told that their internet was down and they could not take it. They were however able to run my debit card. Not sure how that works.

The service was very slow at this location. Had to wait for drinks several times. Understaffed?? Not sure. But the food was great! We love Bad Daddy’s and the food didn’t disappoint. Again, the server might have been overwhelmed with tables. We would come back for sure. We love bad daddy’s!

Service was great. They were very responsive to requests like changing a couple TV channels on couple of TVs so everyone at our table was able to watch the Football game without turning their necks around. The food was great and good portions with awesome drink/beer specials on a Saturday.
