First time here for dinner. We ordered Breaded Mushrooms for appetizers, French Onion Soups for upgraded side dishes, Texas Burger, Steak & Mushrooms from Off the Grill, Monterey Chicken, and the Chicken Parmesan Grinder. All dishes were solid and filling. Absolutely satisfying about the French Onion Soup. It was definitely a pro for me and had to ask for this item since it was not highlighted in the menu. Definitely worth ordering and probably ordering the Texas Burger next time. Services and atmosphere are top notch here. When I ask for additional items for our dining, the servers are helpful getting our requests. Definitely recommend others passing by Hartville.

I tried the the signature sandwich (grinder) at the very top of the menu, it was fantastic! The dressing they used on the sandwich is delicious. The service was friendly and inviting. The prices are very reasonable! U can get a half sandwich or a full size. The half size I got was just approximately $5+. I had a coconut creme pie that was good and the piece was big in size. They allowed me pick out the specific slice I wanted from the glass dessert case. I asked for some extra toppings on my sandwich because I thought it needed a little more tomato and onion. No complaints still. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. I don’t know what the bathrooms look like.

Their strawberry chicken wraps have drizzle of glaze teriyaki? And big yummy pieces of tender chicken,and they have goat cheese in the wraps …each bite is Delicious,and they had almonds in them or pecans ate one last weekend.Today,is 2/5/2026…and we had tea …waitress came many times to deliver extra tea and our appetizer was hummus and red peppers and chips ,very satisfying hummus good portion.waitress stopped by many times she brought me a hot tea first ,and later a cold tea.and stopped by wth A few packets of Splenda.very attentive friendly waitress,only thing they are chilly ,restaurant wish I would have had an extra hat or sweater ,my fault the temp dropped, when we were out last weekend running many errands,..I will go back..we love their soups too and half sandwiches.amd Aldi’s next door had some item we needed.Hubby had strawberry chicken wraps to we are still talking about it..not soggypita bread either ,and a great,portion .I like their portion sizes.thw goat cheese in each strawberry chicken wrap was creamy and yummy!..never any problem no matter when we stop in for Parking.in the past we have had spaghetti and Mac n cheese again absolutely wonderful portion sizes!!!

Our waitress was real attentive to our table. Food was your typical chain restaurant food. The place was clean and nice inside. Ok for occasional night out. The music was great.

I had fabulous dining experience here today. Plenty of menu options with something for everyone. The food was prepared just right and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, they want you to have a wonderful dining experience. I really liked the atmosphere, it was very comfortable here. The food is great, the prices area good…can’t go wrong here!

From beginning to the end a 5 star. But when your grandkids get in the car and say, and I quote, ” best service ever!” Not one of the 7 but 3 and repeated it several times. “Best service ever”. Elizabeth is amazing. She is above and beyond a valued crew member.

Ordered Sky Hi mashed potatoes meatloaf and brown gravy. It was great to look at when it was served and just as delicious. I ordered the $10.75 serving size. No condiments were needed. Would definitely order again. Service was also very good. The music was just a little bit to loud but otherwise the restaurant was very nice. Restrooms were clean.

Decent food for the price most items are $20 or less. The food is not great here but it’s not bad. Very passable. The salmon bowel was overcooked and dry, but the rice and Brussel sprouts were excellent. The wait for food to come out was really long, though, like it took well over 30 minutes. If you inly order the grinders, the food seems to come out much faster. The baked sweet potato was fine it is nothing special it is just a plain potato.

Curbside sucks. You must call that number otherwise you will sit there all night long and watch a stranger carry your food to there car. Taken as a no show. It didnt happen but it could. Lmmfao
