The little red head behind the counter named Lilly seems to be a problem. The girl taking my order couldn’t even hear me for how loud and obnoxious she was being. It was very clear the cashier was also put out with her by the look on her face. She messed up my order to add to it all which was ridiculous considering it was just two sandwiches. PAY ATTENTION. It seems talking out of her behind was more important than doing her job. I swear kids these days should not be allowed to work if they can not maintain a proper and professional personality. won’t be back if I ever see her behind the counter. I’ll just eat the gas station food. You lose good service to employees like Lilly. Control them before they control your clientele.

Around 11:30 AM today, I came here to buy two sandwiches. Due to driving for a long time, I didn’t immediately realize that the person at the front counter was hearing-impaired. Very friendly and attentive staff. The cashier even made suggestions. They were so friendly asking how your day way etc. Chicken sandwich, fries, and roast beef all very hot. Good experience and best fast food at a truck stop in a long time.

I wish i could give a better rating but after standing at the counter for awhile watching the gal thumb through the clip board and even saying hello to no response I figured Arbys did not want me to spend money here so i obliged and left.

The customer service here is great. It’s hard to get good service anymore and the lady running the register right now is awesome. We were given not so fresh sandwiches and so I went back and asked if she could remake mine, my boyfriend was fine with his but she replaced both and offered me drinks. Definitely will be back again.
