I usually dont leave reviews but I felt I had to. I go to this mcdonalds very often but I’ve never been this disappointed in their service. I asked for a steak mcmuffin which isnt that hard, I’ve gotten it everywhere. Usually they just substitute the sausage with steak. The guy was so confused and didn’t understand what i was asking for. He eventually was like “oh, you just want a steak biscuit but substitute the biscuit with a mcmuffin?” And I was like “sure, thats another way of doing it i guess.” I also didnt want egg bc im slightly allergic to eggs. I GOT A PIECE OF HAM WITH CHEESE AND EGG ON IT! NO BREAD, NO STEAK. How would they let this go through with no bread and think “yeah, this is what the person ordered”. I would add a pic but apparently there’s not an option to do so 🙁

There is not a lot that is more disappointing than ordering your food and it is not right. Now a days they charge you for the sauces. We were charged for the BBQ sauce that we did not get. I know mistakes are made, but fast food is about convenience, and the whole idea of driving all the way back over BBQ sauce is not convenient, so we just did without.

Ordered a happy meal, and two quarter pounder combos and a 20 pc nugget.
1. The seal on my son’s milk had been broken
2.quarteponders both had been burnt and tasted like an ashtray.
3. Nuggets were ice cold
4. Ketchup has been watered down.
5. Fruit fly infestration by the ketchup and pop station.
This was the absolut worst McD visit ever.
If your driving through the don’t bother!

Wrong price on value menu. Very disappointed
Thanks for sending me a link that doesn’t work.
I was just looking for something quick so, I ordered 2 mcdoubles and it came up full price, not the second one for a dollar I was told that doesn’t come up. It’s not on the menu, but clearly it was on the menu and again, I was told if it doesn’t come up, it’s no longer on the menu and that was all they could do.

Dang. I never go to a McDonald’s expecting something great, but this McDonald’s buried that bar.
Long review short is go to literally any of the other restaurants in Wisconsin Dells. There’s like two other McDonald’s alone, avoid this one.
The inside was gross, with actual trash just left out and around on tables (see photos), they did not appear to pay any heed to their drink station (no medium lids or straws) and when I sat down with my bag of food, a guy comes back in to explain he got the wrong order only for me to open up my bag and see I got his order and then someone behind the counter to tell us we grabbed the wrong orders even when the little sticker detailing the order and order number that gets stuck to the outside of the bag matched the order number on our respective receipts.

I walked in took my food than when I went to work. Realized didnt have any utensils syrup so I had to go back to mcdonalds tell them I didnt get any utensils than the lady said all the condiments are on the back wall. First, how am I supposed to know that if they dont tell u because every mcdonalds is different and other mcdonalds i have gone too they give u the utensils. And told her my hashbrown is cold she had a nerve to tell me I order it by 9am and it’s 10am now she wouldn’t give me a hot fresh hashbrown. I am never coming back here again. Horrible customer service

Some of the workers here have an attitude problem. Short girl with long reddish-brown hair, maybe Hispanic, and glasses. Earbuds in, on her phone right at the front. Swinging hair around over the food. Alot of the tables were dirty. The floor is DIRTY. Food was OK. Fries were old.

Got food twice there in the last week and it was not good. The ranch snack wrap had stringy tough chicken, and the quarter pounder had Burnt meat and condiments running out everywhere.( worse than normal). Do better, I’m done with this location. I don’t recommend going here, buyer beware.

Food was stale, for sure had been sitting around for more than it should have been. The staff we did interact with was pretty unmotivated to help. Had to go up to the counter to get straws, clearly a huge inconvenience and then they did not refill the container for straws so other patrons had to ask and the counter staff got more frustrated. We were just passing through so thankfully we dont have to worry about coming back.
