Our staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Best of all, one can sit with friends and socialize at our restaurant without distraction. Not enough can be said regarding bringing the social dynamic back to dining. Hole ‘n One is keeping the café scene alive and well. We serve breakfast all day long!

4 of us (ranging in age from the 60s to 80s) stopped by for early lunch (11:30 am) on a Tuesday. We were immediately seated and provided menus and drinks. Menu is one two-sided sheet comprised of breakfast, lunch and dinner comfort foods with plenty of choices for everyone without being overwhelming. Prices are very reasonable. Servers are extremely attentive and friendly, coming by often to refill drinks and quickly to take order. Food arrived promptly. Food also came out quickly, good portions, and was tasty. Decor and chairs/table is very basic golf theme, but who cares when the food and service is good. We were back to our car by 12:15pm! Numerous choices, good eats, and fast attentive, fast service to get your day going- can’t go wrong!

We’ve been going to the hole in one more than a few times and the food has always been OK, (maybe) average.
My last review I gave them a little bit better review, but to be honest their food is below average at best. Their prices are definitely OK compared to some of the more expensive places that have a little better food.
Their service with the girls seem to be pretty good. We’ve always enjoyed the waitresses that hasn’t ever seem to be a problem.
Then
Me and my wife both went into the bathroom and wow that place is horrendous. You think they could get a service in there once a week or do a little better.
It was in my wife’s words the worst bathroom she’s ever seen and she’s seen some bad ones and lived in some nasty places overseas
When she was in the Air Force.
I hope this restaurant improves their food a little bit better and maybe clean up inside a little bit make it look nicer.
Please address those nasty bathrooms, but it’s too bad sometimes you only get one chance to impress somebody and it’s too bad my wife will never go back.
If cleanliness is lacking that bad in the bathroom, where else is it a problem.

I couldn’t believe how quickly our food came out. It literally took only about 6 minutes for our food to be brought to us after we ordered. Plus is was delicious! We will absolutely be returning.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Hole N One in Sun City West. From start to finish, it was a disappointment. The service was incredibly slow—people who arrived after us were served before we even got our food. When it finally came out, it was ice-cold, so I had to send it back to be remade. Unfortunately, the second attempt wasn’t any better.
The food was some of the worst I’ve ever had. The potatoes were raw in the middle and completely dry and had no flavor. The eggs were the smallest I’ve ever seen and the sausage was dry and hard. The “Texas Toast” was paper-thin and was just warm, soft bread—they grill it but don’t cook it I guess. It was an awful meal, and I left completely unsatisfied.
To top it off, the service from Katie was terrible. She was inattentive and did not make the experience any better. I will never go back, and I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

We’ve been going here for 20 years, since I was a child. It’s a place of memories with my grandparents, the place I got my first job, the place I met my husband, the place my sister in law had her baby shower. The hold n one has always remained a pillar of consistency, love and joy. The food has never changed, I can still get the meal I got as a child and it tastes as great as when I would get it 20 years ago. Marty and Tracy are wonderful people, and always provide a consistently delicious meal.

We came on a Friday morning after a round of golf and the place was bustling. We didn’t wait anymore than 10 minutes though, so the turnover was very quick.
The staff were very friendly and efficient and we didn’t wait long for our drinks or food.
The food was good, everything was cooked well and hit the spot. The prices were also on point.
We saw all the great weekly specials they have and we may be back sooner than later!

Hole ‘n One is what every diner should be: reliable comfort food with no pretense. Everything I’ve ever ordered here has been excellent, from the salads to the reuben. They have a big menu and they serve both breakfast and regular food. Come check them out!

Most of your “chain” restaurants will not let you order simpler dishes, i.e., if I were to go to, say a Denny’s, and i wanted 2 eggs, toast, coffee, they’d say it comes with a side … hash, bacon, or whatever. Well, I don’t always want a “side”, but have to get one. And it’s reflected in the price.
Hole n One let’s me order 2 eggs, toast with butter, no “side” forced on me. I’m not paying for something I don’t want.
A la Carte is a bygone thing to some places. Not at Hole n One. You order exactly what you want, and you get it at a very reasonable price.
