I’ve been going to Taco Time since I was, well never mind that
Let’s just say I’ve been going since the original Olympia location on Pacific Ave next to the Blvd Tavern, right where Pacific Ave, Martin Way, 4th Ave & State St. meet up, I believe it’s a Cabinet Shop now
I have always enjoyed the food at Taco Time, keep it going for this lifetime customer ❤️
I would only Recommend that Taco Time Northwest update the online ordering to include specifics, such as an option to have items changed/modified to make Mexi Fries & Crisp Burritos extra crispy, possibly a section that you can add information directly attached to an order(comment section) for item specifics that the staff could see.
Food is always good
Service is ALWAYS good
Pricing needs work.
I ordered the habenero burrito meal upgraded to large tots and paid $20. I was charged $1.50 for 2 cilantro lime sauces.
If someone is ordering a LARGE tot or fry ANYWHEE you should get a couple sauces free… Yes, I understand the salsa/hot sauce is free but to charge $1.50 for 2 additional sauces of any other variety is an insult…
I love their soft beef taco. It’s large and there is no skimping on the fillings. Best tots around. Crisp on the outside and fully cooked thru. And I could life on their hot sauce alone.
Fabulous food, but boy oh boy, they cannot get orders right for the life of them. I had so many wrong orders in a row that I finally did call management and spoke to Nancy. She was very nice, gave me the speech about new employees and offered 2 free entrees if I came back in. I came back in and my name could not be found and they would not honor the 2 free entrees. The manager refused to come to window. I was told I had to call back to speak to Nancy. I called back when they told me to and a couple times after that and Nancy is somehow never available.
The food is great when they get the order right, but don’t count on them rectifying their mistakes. Check your order before you go, every time.
Hope these tacos are memorable because we will never be back.
