It’s always great to come here and have a buffet meal. They are constantly cleaning the food line to ensure it is properly sanitized. The food gets cooked in front of you and so you get to enjoy the process of the meal being cheffed up. Everytime you tip don’t forget to hit the gong! The staff yell “HuHot!” And can be quite enjoyable to have multiple people tip in a row, lol

First time at a Mongolian grill. Came here with my colleague on a work trip. The food was great and I got a picture of this guy aura farming while making our food. Flipping the spatula and doing crazy tricks. Definitely would come here again.

Just want to give Abby a shoutout! We came in with party of 18 or so, for my daughters birthday, and she was able to keep up with all of us without letting the stress get to her! I was impressed to say the least. I know most would never be able to multitask like that, and still remain poised and professional. Thanks for making her bday dinner perfect. What an asset to your team, thanks Abby!

Everything was awesome. The food was great. Now to find the right comination.
Waitress was very friendly, helped me hook up with their rewards program, and, being a first time, visitor I got $5 off. Can’t wait to go again. I had their strawberry oolong tea. I can’t say enough about the it was delicious.

Absolutely love this place. They have at least 8 different types of meats to choose from: pork, chicken, beef, chicken chunks, fish, seafood, tofu, sausage, shrimp.
Several noodle types. And the other options are endless. Lots of vegetables, some fruit options, spicy options like jalapenos. There are a million different flavors of sauces for you to whip up and put on your delicious bowl for them to cook on the grill right in front of you. After they’re done and we’re on our way back to the table with our food, my littles LOVE to ring the gong and hear them say “hu hut!” Then they have toppings for your food if you want like chowmein noodles, sunflower seeds, coconut etc. Their service is great and the appetizers are delicious!! I recommend the cream cheese wontons . Reasonable price and its endless so bring the family and come hungry! You wont forget it you can also get a rewards card for here and after so many trips in you start to get free meals, or free appetizers. Things like that.

This is the second HuHot location we visited, and we really enjoyed this one as well. The chefs are great, the waiters are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, as always. We only wish they would open a location in CA.

We stopped in pre-flight to treat our family for making a 5-hour round-trip trek to get us to the airport.

Mongolian BBQ has been a family fav for decades, in CA, so we were thrilled Bismarck had one.

We like the food choices and no Canola, and the choose-your-own ingredients fun. We love the sauces and all of the fresh ingredients, as well as the frozen, thin-sliced protein choices.

We wish the seafood offerings were better—bigger scallops, not tilapia, and maybe shrimp. Maybe real crab would be asking too much.

The real surprise was dessert, won-ton stuffed with cherries and cheese. And good coffee.

Our server Riley was super-sweet, and had a quiet sense of humor.

We’ll make this place a tradition from now on when we’re in Bismarck.

The food was ok but I’ve had better. This may be one of those situations where it’s “good for North Dakota.” It is all you can eat but I was honestly full after the first plate, so I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth with that. To someone who can eat more this would be an awesome deal.

The main course is self service from a buffet style line up, but the bowls are rather small to fit veggies on after your put a spoon of meat and noodles.

What make this place so great was the service. I had a waitress named Kiri who was all smiles and pleasant. She helped me with everything she could think of to make it a fantastic experience. The chefs on the grill were equally pleasant.

I would go back just for the service and who knows, maybe figure out a better mixture of ingredients while I’m there.

My favorite place to eat in town. you can get a lot of food, or a little i guess… but the choice is yours. Plus, you can always get something new. Not to underexaggerate, but there are at least 4 totally unique ways to combine the 50 different sauces they have alone. Not to mention all the meat and veggie choices as well. Plus they cook it on a big grill and yell when you smack a gong.
