Usually I have a good visit every time I place an order for pickup. I did the same thing I always do, place an order and go pick it up. Tell me whats wrong with this pizza. Like ew. The box is SOAKED. And why does the pizza look like that?? INCREDIBLY disappointed and I won’t be back.

Waited in line for 15 minutes just to be told there were no Hot-N-Ready pizzas and the wait would be another 30 minutes. This seems to be a consistent issue at this location, not a one-time problem, based on many similar reviews.
If a store can’t regularly offer Hot-N-Ready pizzas, customers should be told before waiting in line. Otherwise it defeats the entire purpose of choosing Little Caesars.
This location clearly has ongoing management and operational issues that need attention.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve always loved Little Caesars. I was born and raised in Detroit Mi. Home of the number one pizza. But this place in Bastrop was horrible on Sunday at 6pm. First they didn’t have any hot and ready pizzas available. So, no problem I ordered a deep dish. The cashier said can you wait 20 mins I was like sure. Then after 20 mins went inside and asked for my order. They still hadn’t made it. I prepaid for this pizza. They asked if I could wait another 10 minutes. I said no and asked for my refund. Absolutely crazy.

Ordered online a stuffed crust pepperoni and it was barely cooked. Two orders of crazy bread had zero flavor. A classic cheese i think was sitting for a while and doubled over on one side. As well as, a pepperoni and jalepeno half pizza half sticks and no jalapeno was added and it was checked off on the app that way. I didnt add jalapenos it was offered with it. The food all tasted off and we probably at 2 slices of each and called it a day. Not a good experience not to mention it was not busy not one car waiting but myself and all the pizza was cut in the most random slices. $35 dollars wasted for my sons bday lunch

Ordered a Detroit Style Deep Dish and another pepperoni and was shocked when I got home to see this monstrosity. It looks like it was baked in a normal pizza pan and an attempt was made to make it square. Also undercooked and absolutely terrible tasting. Normally they aren’t bad, but goodness this was an absolute fail of a pizza.

I know this place is always slow so I placed an order and hour in advance for 6:30pm I got there at 6:35pm and they kept saying it will be “5 mins”…..they obviously didn’t even start my order until I got there. At 7pm they said they would start making the crazy bread. This place is definitely not “Hot and ready”. This is the 4th time I have experienced issues here.

My 1 Classic Pepperoni was not even hot I know they have places to put the pizza at to keep warm but an other thing they didn’t put pizza sauce on my pizza ♀️I paid $15.99 for what to eat something that wasn’t good enough or even close that’s worth $15.99.!!!

Before I slam this place I will say the phones don’t work. Probably to force customers to order online which they will send you a link for. I’ve had over a dozen strokes (18 total) and aren’t always comfortable doors things online (it gets confusing quickly). Having said that they had two pepperoni fast and ready pizzas and these wings. Had I seen them in the store I would have left them in the store. I enjoy the buffalo flavor, but the wings themselves suck. The pizza was meh-ish+, I give it the plus. I’ve had wings from them that didn’t suck but today they were very sad. I give this place two stars because the food is edible and affordable, aside from that, I will not be returning unless it’s a football day (everything is generally better)

The people here are rude at the counter. They put pizzas in the pick up box without putting names on it so there’s six people here and everybody’s looking at it waiting for a name to come up and never does. I approach the lady at the counter and she was very rude Basically telling me to shut up.
