Arrived at the restaurant at 5:13pm, didn’t leave until about 5:50. When I got to the restaurant, there were people sitting in the dining area, 2 people in line, 1 or 2 people waiting for their order(s). Lots of people in the drive thru. The staff seemed like they were arguing lightly or something when I came in, and continued while the 2 people and I waited in line to get our orders taken. There was absolutely no one manning the register. 1 worker on drive thru, at least 2 cooks visible, 2 people packing orders. One of the two people packing orders was supposed to be on the register. One of the packers (the original register guy) asked if the people in the line area was a line, and the girl packer (has red hair, dark skinned and packing orders) replied and said ‘yes’ while giggling and looking at us (the line), and neither went to take orders. After about 10 minutes of no one taking anyone’s orders, a manager came out and asked who was supposed to be on register and the girl packer said ‘he is’, referring the the guy packer I referred to in the prior sentence. The manager looked at him and shook her head and took a couple’s order, then turned around to call out the order. She disappeared to the back for a few seconds then reappeared and took the order of the lady in front of me. She then took my order and handed me my receipt, and began packing and getting information on other peoples’ orders and the statuses. Mind you, the people who were in the dining room were either eating or waiting for orders, and the people off to the side of the line were still waiting for orders they placed before I even arrived (including online orders). The manager disappeared while I wasn’t looking and I overheard the female packer asking what order the guy packer had fulfilled, saying that he was doing orders and she wasn’t sure which ones he was doing and also saying, and I quote “you know I ain’t readin’ tickets” while laughing/giggling. I did not get my order until about 5:45, and when I checked my order (5pc classic, 2 biscuit, reg bean n rice, red fries, lg mash and gravy, reg coke), my mash and gravy was missing. I go back up to the counter and get the attention of the female packer, because the manager had just went to the back, and let her know my mash and gravy was missing whilst showing the receipt, she apologized and proceeded to grab a size regular and I told her it was meant to be a large, again, showing the receipt. She gave me my large mash and gravy and continued packing.
In the end, I arrived at Popeyes at about 5:13pm, didn’t get to place my order until 5:24pm (with a 2 person line), and didn’t get my full, proper order until 5:48pm. And, most of the people in front of me hadn’t gotten their orders, the people waiting beside the line from before I arrived still hadn’t gotten all of their food, and the staff (aside from the manager) seemed to have more fun letting people wait long increments of time for their food. I would have understood better if they were very understaffed, but there was at least 2 chefs from what I could see, 2 packers, but one was supposed to be on register, 1 drive thru person and 1 manager. I was there waiting for almost an hour, waiting for my order to be taking and my actual order.
And, when I put all my fries on a plate, there was this weird nugget looking thing at the bottom of the fry holder (shown in the image)

We order a 16 piece family meal, two spicy chicken combos small Mac and cheese and small mashed potatoes and gravy. When we received our order we were missing 4 large fries, and the sandwiches were wrong. When we were ordering the cashier had a nasty attitude to start with then to have over half of our order messed up is beyond ridiculous we didn’t pay all that money for the BS that was given to us. This isn’t the first time we have had this experience with Popeyes but it will be our last.

This Popeyes location never disappoints! Though they’re usually understaffed, the food is always incredibly fresh—hot, crispy, and made just right every time. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency. On top of that, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Great service, great food, and a positive atmosphere every visit. Highly recommend stopping by this Popeyes! Best biscuits from Popeyes I’ve ever had.

My wings needed to be made fresh. Cashier explained the situation and apologized (not necessary, I’ll gladly wait for freshly made food). Took less than 10 minutes for the wings to be handed to me. I had noticed that the receipt listed the incorrect dipping sauce which upon me remarking on it was quickly addressed, with apologies and thanking me for waiting. I really appreciated their customer service!

Ruby is fantastic and a bright spot in my day today! She was so fun and personable, helped me find the right spice level for a sandwich, answered all my questions patiently, and even hit me with an upsell on a delicious-sounding dessert. I did not opt for it this time, but NOTED for next time! This was all just through the drivethrough! I’ll definitely be back to this location! Thanks, Ruby!

My wife went to pick up food after a long day at work for both of us. She ordered a 5 piece tenders spicy at around 10pm. They gave us old heat rack chicken and basically just breading. Now given we love popeyes and understand that it has more breading than most places, these were all pieces that were basically 90-95% breading and almost not chicken. You could tell the chicken was not fresh and was sitting for a while as it was cold and already changed colors. Not to mention that my wife sat the in the drive through for minutes and nobody answered the drive thru speaker. This location in particular has a huge problem.

Chicken sandwich always has been good for me until this visit. I got there at two and it really felt like I got a chicken sandwich that’s been sitting around for a while. Warm at best and it just felt old. Sad because I really like their sandwich. My wife felt the same way about her chicken sandwich.

We went here just to try the new Macaroni and Cheese. I love Mac & cheese. Theirs is pretty good. A bit oily I think because they melt shredded cheddar cheese in it. But probably the closest to “homemade baked” we’ve found yet. The chicken was okay.
We ordered the mild. I don’t like cajun spices at all.
This was my first time eating in Popeyes.
The store looked clean and modern. The staff were friendly. Overall, it wasn’t as bad as I expected. But, I won’t be craving the food anytime soon.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Popeyes
I went to Popeyes and asked for my food to be cooked fresh. I didn’t mind waiting, but after waiting quite a while, I watched them give my order to someone else. When I brought it up, the manager said they would make my meal again — but at that point, I had already waited long enough, and I was frustrated that my original order had been handed to another customer.
I didn’t want to wait all over again for the meal I had already waited for once. The only “resolution” they offered was to refund my money, which didn’t make up for the wasted time and poor service.
This experience showed a real lack of attention and customer care. I left disappointed, hungry, and unlikely to return to this location.
