Food is 50/50, sometimes it’s great but sometimes it sucks. Every time we order online whether it’s door dash or pickup they NEVER give us all of the food we ordered! Idk how hard it is to read it on a screen and not get it right!! Terrible service when trying to get it resolved as well! Also never any napkins or straws when ordering door dash! Come on this is simple tasks people! Wake up! Missing our 2 regular cheese burgers for 1 person in our house!

Just needed to say that Johnny the manager is amazing! I was a little annoyed they forgot one of my burgers because I had already made it home. I called and wasn’t happy but the manager Johnny was very sweet, apologetic, took ownership and offered to correct the mistake. Sometimes we are quick to go online to post a bad review, but I wanted to do the opposite. This is exactly what a good manager does. Mcdonald’s should definitely recognize this man. We are human and we all make mistakes. I’m happy to say that this has been resolved.

Second day I’ve gotten food and yesterday they forgot my sauce in the drive thru so I had to go in, defeats the purpose of a drive thru, and today I paid for three orders of biscuits and gravy and only received 2. She is cussing loud enough for us to hear all the way out in the dining room, talking down to the other coworkers and overall just not being a good manager.
She was wearing a red long sleeve shirt and had long dark brown hair. It seems like she’s on the expo station. There have been a few small arguments in the 30 minutes we’ve been here and she seems to be the main cause of them.
As somebody who works in food service, if my manager talked to me like that i’d quit so fast. She’s talking about how these certain people shouldn’t be a “crew trainer” and making it seem like they’re not good. She clearly doesn’t seem to care about her staffs feelings.
If she meant any of this as a joke, it didn’t seem like it. If you’re gonna joke around like that then make it so customers can’t hear, we don’t want to hear things like that.
Also started making inappropriate jokes then saying “i forgot i was around a bunch of teenagers”.
Please do something about this behavior.

This is your everyday McDonald’s. Nothing really stands out, but the food is good as always. I wish all of them would get rid of the automated server asking you to order with the mobile app. Food prices are higher because of market.Inflation and higher wages for employees which is fine.But they should be able to take mine and everyone else’s order and mobile apps should be restricted to doordash and picking up inside.

It’s clean, it has a nice play area to burn them out. 5 through 12 will enjoy. It’s McDonald’s, I do have to say that it’s cleaner and the window line is fairly fast if they are on the ball.

This McDonald’s has an indoor playground, which is a big plus for parents with young kids. What makes it stand out even more is the convenient seating area located *inside* the playground space — something you don’t see at many other locations in the area.
Service is pretty standard for fast food, but the wait feels shorter when the kids are entertained. It’s also a great way for them to burn off some post-meal energy. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean and well maintained.
I’ve used the drive-thru as well — it can get a bit crowded during lunch and dinner rushes, and getting in and out of the lot can be tricky during peak hours. The location is near Main Street and surrounded by other busy spots like the BMV, a nail spa, theater, and various dining options, so expect some traffic.
Overall, it’s my go-to McDonald’s when dining with kids. And don’t forget to use the McDonald’s app — lots of great deals and even free food!

Was there after lobby closed so I went through and drive through to get my pregnant wife nuggets and they forgot the sauce so I parked and saw a guy cleaning and asked to get the sauce by which I was told mo I have to go back through the five through (25 minute wait) for the sauce but the manager Daniel to the rescue! Thank you for the customer service Daniel
