I recently had a very disappointing experience at your location.

To begin with, all of the tables were very dirty. When I went to the counter to request assistance, managers and employees ignored me for several minutes. Once someone finally asked what I needed, I politely requested that a table be cleaned. The manager responded with a bad attitude and said, “I can’t go right now, don’t you see I’m busy?”

I even asked if they would like me to clean the table myself since I had already placed my order at the kiosk and expected basic cleanliness. The overall experience felt disorganized and unprofessional.

After that, the manager called another employee who also appeared to be a manager or assistant manager, and they also had an attitude. The cashier eventually apologized, but by that point the experience had already been ruined.

I understand that businesses get busy, but customers should not be treated with disrespect, especially when simply asking for a clean place to sit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers are treated better.

I went through the drive through and I only ordered a ice cream cone. I didn’t care too much for it, it was icy as if imitation vanilla was used or they didn’t mix it well. But the service was good atmosphere was good . They were fast and polite .

Update: I wanted McDonald’s Hot Fries and I ordered them that way. My food came out way too fast and wouldn’t you know my fries are warm/cool. So she asked me to park, so I did and I am almost positive she just threw the same fries in the grease or maybe the microwave. They are horrible.

I have ordered a caramel frappe with an extra shot of espresso and 3 x’s extra caramel drizzle and I paid for the XXX caramel drizzle and I complained the first time because I was there but they did nothing to fix it they told me that was extra and this is my second complaint. I included pics to prove the extra money I paid to not receive anything extra. This only happens to me at the Tully location. This does not happen to me at any other McDonald’s location. I get a lot of extra caramel drizzle and I’m satisfied with it but not at the Tully location. And it’s the closest location to my house. I just had surgery and I live alone so I’ve had to use them as a delivery service and this is the service I get.

Great experience fast and efficient
I had a great to go experience food was good. Fish fillet burger was great and the milk shake was good. Coffee ☕️ is great. I had a decaf coffee ☕️ and it was great. I will never try the burger I will always get the egg magma fens with no Canadian bacon – I highly recommend this place

If you look at the jaggity-layered Big Mac, it kinda’ shows the amount of care that gets put into your food. Then again, if you’re not even being paid a living wage in one of the nation’s most expensive areas, what do you expect?
Someone noted that there are no napkins in Happy Meals and yeah, that seems to be a thing with this location for some reason.

I have 3 kids they love mcdonalds, we were in town for shopping and past by because they were hungry, I asked for a cup of water because they were thirsty, they DENIED it because apperantly it would take to long and the time on the drive thru would go up, I work on fast food as well and I know that filling up a cup of water does not take much of your time specialy if its for toddlers, unbelievable

Ordered a sweet ice team for curb side pickup, waited there on my number for like 20 minutes before I just walked in. My tea was on the counter and it seemed like none of the workers were even intending to bring it out any time soon. Even inside the workers ignored me for a extra 5 minutes

McDonald’s usually doesn’t peak my interest when thinking of going out for food, although this particular location happened to be a great one. I went to get breakfast with some friends and the service was great. This location has two drive through ordering kiosks.The attendants were patient and speedy. They forgot to add strawberry jam for my sausage biscuits yet were very helpful and curtious as I asked for them after. I appreciate the hospitality and will return if and when I’m in the mood.

I would like to give this place a half star, because I had to wait long time to be served. And even people who ordered after me received their food first. They were more in charge to serve customers on the drive thru, than the few customers who were at the store. A lot of people working there, and half an hour to get a hamburger and one drink. Besides they missed to include a straw for my drink, this was not the first time, I won’t be ordering anything from this place.
