Menu has recently changed from the past uploads, so I too new pics for everyone. They’ve removed many options so be sure to check it out before you go. This was our first time here and two of the items that I wanted to try were no longer available. Food was good but it was pretty expensive. My Hawaiian chicken breast was $20 and pie was $8 each, so keep that in mind as well. I would probably go back when we’re in the area, but it wouldn’t be one I’d go out of my way for.

Excellent stop for clean, well portioned, and friendly atmosphere. Sizes are generous for the price and the menu is riddled with local favorites. The seasoning on the fries was incredible. Highly recommended

First time experience. Drove in from Collinsville to try something new, and I was not disappointed! My husband and I came in for dinner and I loved that dessert is discounted if you order first. My kind of ordering, love the quirk!
Very comfortable, cozy atmosphere. We started with fried mozzarella, and OMG DELICIOUS CHEESE PULL HEAVEN. I was torn between lamb fries and chicken fried chicken for my entree, but they were out of lamb fries so that made my decision easy. My husband chose the same with mashed potatoes and gravy, with our chicken covered in gravy as well. We were blown away by the perfect seasonings on everything, even the rolls were soft and good.
I didn’t catch my server’s name, but she was a possible high school age female with a claw clip and glasses. She was friendly, fast, and came by just the right amount.
I got pie and cake to go… I am sure they will be exceptional just like everything else! I’ll be coming back soon to try the lamb fries!

This was my first time back at Hammett House in over 20 years. Everything is still spectacular! We had reservations for a group of 30 people and the staff took good care of us. My favorite is still the chicken fried chicken and the pie. Great place for a date or a big group.

My fiancée, me, and my Service Dog went here for dinner and the SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We had never experienced such amazing service! The food was amazing we ended up with 2 to-go bags though lol the serving sizes are massive! We are definitely going to be regulars there now.CAN NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!!

If you’re visiting the Claremore area, this is the place to eat! The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. You can tell they really care about their customers. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was top-notch — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Two days in row, I went on a hunt for prime rib. I missed at in Glenpool, so here I am Route 66 and Claremore, hunting prime rib again. And again, not Avalon Sunday!!!!
Have to make the best of the situation so I tried the Mitzi ball soup and the meatloaf!
Ohhh let not for get the pie!
The flavor of the broth of the Mitzi ball soup is most delitefully amazing! A must!
I had to ask for second 🙂

This is one of the best restaurants in Oklahoma. The food is AMAZINGGG. The staff is so nice and checks on you frequently to make sure you are fully satisfied with your meal. I got the veggie burger and it was to die for!! It’s seriously the best one I’ve ever had. Also you have to get the dessert! You will be blown away when your pie arrives on a hot skillet still sizzling with ice cream on top! 100/10 recommend
