My server was very sweet, very friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I came here for lunch after my interview at Davio’s, and I saw on the menu that Red Robin had this new A1 Burger—omg, it is a must-try! Mmmm, my burger was absolutely yummy and very delicious!

We a decent meal. The onion rings had the right amount of crispness to them. I had the mushroom and Swiss cheese burger and substituted for the turkey patty. It was done just right.

I’m a regular here because the food is consistently good. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring drinks and bottomless fries are refilled and everything is on track. Plus, it’s priced very reasonably for the quality and portion sizes. Highly recommend for a reliable meal!

We stopped in before the game. The fellow taking head counts, working the door couldn’t have been any friendlier. I was impressed at how he managed the line and how quickly it moved. Once inside, same story. Considering kickoff was only an hour and a half away. I was all but certain we’d be waiting a long time. Our server came over immediately. She took our drink in app order. We did regular burgers and garlic fries. Service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend RR before kickoff. We’ll be going back next Monday night before the Giants game. Accept double burgers this time

This is the right place for burgers lovers. They have many burgers options for you. I had a Royal Red Robin burger, it was tasty, but the egg was overcooked a bit. However, I would still recommend it. The bottomless side is their feature. I had steamed broccoli as a side. The way I ate broccoli was dipping in the broccoli to the sauce I left from the towering onion rings. It was delicious!!! Highly recommend ordering towering onion rings and cheesy mozzarella cheese twists for your appetizers. Btw, my uncle’s burger was undercooked. It was a little bit disappointing.

Love that Red Robin delivers a solid, consistent experience across the brand. 1st time at Patriots Place was a disappointment. There was no wait for seating and tables were being sat as they arrived. I was with a table of 3.
We waited 20min after seating to alert host that no one has been by. After 10 more min a server shows up. By this point my kids and I have watched other tables be seated, have drinks, and a couple of tables even have apps…before we had a server acknowledge us. I understand being busy but this is unacceptable. Explained to the Manager that this is unacceptable and just wanted to bring to attention…not looking for a comped meal, just be aware that this happened.
Lucky us, he rushed our food through which tasted horrible and blindly took % off bill. We planned to get apps and dessert but seemed pointless when the server didn’t care about the table. My point of this review is that I didn’t want rushed food or discounts…just prompt service and good food. It’s unlikely I’ll be back to this location again with so many other choices next door.

I have visit red robins in about 6 different states and THIS ONE by far was dirtiest I’ve been to. Came in on a Monday around 6:30 PM . To a almost empty restaurant, looked closed from the outside. We waited on the front for a while before they noticed us standing there. Brought us to a table that was sticky and I asked for something to clean it up. The benches were all dirty with lots of food in between. Salt, pepper and ketchup bottles look like they have not been cleaned in a while. Food took over 45 minutes. I would understand if the place was packed but it WAS DEAD. My burger was overcooked even though I asked for “lots of pink”, they had to remake it. Had to ask for refills twice, service was horrible, location was dirty and dead. unfortunately i will never visit this location again

Food is good. The scorpion is a little under spicy for the name but good flavors. Appetizers are good. Drinks are imaginative and bottomless. Go in on a game day is a bit of a hit or miss but good otherwise.

Long wait time. Was given a 25 minute wait but, ended up being about 45 minutes. Service was ok but waiter never toke our menus. Food was served hot and pretty fresh; bacon and burger cooked well. Drink was made well. Overall could have been better, but it is pretty good for Red Robin.
