We just spent $52 and we didn’t get our dipping sauce for the cinnamon rolls or the extra one we paid for. We also wanted pineapple on the whole pizza and olives on half. Well they put the pineapple on the olives half and the other person hates olives. You can’t eat the cinnamon rolls without the icing and guess what? There isn’t any. Not even the extra we paid for. When we called the store to tell them the girl hung up on us after saying we didn’t get icing. We also only got 2 ranch even though we paid for extra. We got cheese bread, a salad and wings that all should’ve come with their own sauce. So we missed out on a lot. Thanks for ruining our night and us wasting $52. This was our first time ordering from there and we will never order from there again.

Best Cici’s pizza we have gone in DFW, guy working at the register was very friendly and his customer service was on point did not see a name tag on his shirt but he was tatted up and throughout our dine in experience would walk around asking everyone if everything was good or if we needed anything, food was warm and fresh, they also kept a variety of pizzas on the buffet which was pretty awesome! This location always has friendly staff!

This was a great experience as a traveling family. Staff was friendly, food was good and they actually had more options than our local CiCi’s Pizza. Bathroom floor to be cleaned but still smelled nice. Food was great and kids loved it. Would stop again!

Great place. Friendly staff. Lettuce was rotten but rest of the items were fresh and great. This was the first cicis location where they did not auto add drinks without asking. All other locations forcibly add without asking. This location also has crushed red pepper and pamesan cheese and pepper for those who need.

Was greeted immediately with a nice warm welcome. Manager very cordial and caring. The place has turned around since my last visit. Salad bar was nicely stocked with fresh vegetables and very tasty. Pizza bar was full with hot fresh pies. I did not have anything that was not good. Soup is delicious. If you haven’t visited in a while, give them another try. It did not disappoint!

Best Cici’s experience I think I’ve ever had. First of all, we went when they were doing their $5.99 adult buffet Mon/Tue special so it was cheap. It seemed like they were popping out a fresh pizza every 5 min. Every time we went for more, everything was fresh & hot. They had their seasonal pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls out and those were fantastic! More clove & cinnamon forward than pumpkin, but they were still great. The floors & tables were clean, the food was hot & fresh, everything was fully stocked, it wasn’t overly crowded when we went, the restrooms were clean, stocked, and didn’t stink. My husband worked at Store #001 in Plano and then later at the one in Foley, AL. He said this location felt like coming home. Keep it up!

The food is of course not bad, it’s just CiCis however the lady at the front charged us extra for cups that we didn’t get, and then their arcade game machines don’t work. Ate $5 of our money and we’re not functioning. They are stealing money from people, and the staff is very rude. The manager was walking around eating, the bathroom was trashed and flooded. Bad experience! Got to lake worth location it’s not too far from here.

It made me sad when I last went here… I had fond memories of cici’s years ago but the magic is gone from this location. Everyone seemed stagnant. Can’t expect much at the price point I guess. Cicis has changed. Or maybe I’ve changed.
