I enjoy salads and soups, so I come here from time to time, and every dish I’ve tried has been delicious. The pasta and appetizers are always satisfying, and the dessert was also very tasty. Overall, it’s always an enjoyable dining experience, and I look forward to coming back again.

I’ve been too many Olive Garden’s All around Florida and this one is brand new and my first time here. Beautiful new style, great take out area, six spots dedicated to take out overall a beautiful location. However Service was slow at best and I should’ve stuck to my good old fashion soup and salad. The soup and salad was great as usual but I decided to be different this time and get Chicken Marcella as well. I couldn’t believe how bad it was. The entire meal was lukewarm, the noodles were undercooked and the chicken was like ground chicken patties from a fast food restaurant. I’ve had much better TV dinners as it tasted like it was fresh defrosted and microwaved. I will not ever try again. Disappointing for an Olive Garden.

I had a disappointing experience at this Olive Garden due to the behavior of a manager named Stephanie. I learned her name through my server but will not identify them for their safety.
Stephanie spoke to us in a way that felt extremely disingenuous and dismissive. In all my years dining out, I have never seen an employee let alone a manager speak to guests this way. I’m shocked that people like this are promoted to be a manager. That said, my server was amazing, and the food was great, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I expect better from a classic restaurant like Olive Garden.

I recently visited Olive Garden with high hopes to finally try their much-hyped Never Ending Pasta Bowl deal. Things started off on a positive note—greeted with a smile, seated quickly, and the first bowl of pasta arrived promptly. So far, so good.
But things took a turn once I finished that first bowl.
I waited, expecting my server to ask what I’d like to try next, but nothing. When I finally flagged them down and asked for another bowl, the vibe noticeably shifted. The second bowl was brought out with zero enthusiasm—just dropped on the table without a word. No offer of cheese (which, let’s be honest, is half the reason you go), and the server disappeared before I could even ask.
At that point, I honestly felt like a burden for ordering what the promotion promised. It gave the impression that they’re banking on you not asking for more—despite you paying for unlimited pasta.
Overall, the experience felt rushed and awkward. If this is what “never ending” looks like, I’d rather stick to a single satisfying dish off the regular menu.

What we didn’t like was the fact that I called for reservations and asked for a booth. She has a difficult time spelling our simple last name. She asked if it was a special occasion and I replied my birthday.
When we arrived they a hard time finding our reservations. She said a half booth. The dining room was virtually empty. We refused. Got seat in the bar.
Salad bowl quickly disappeared after we helped ourselves. Got two bread sticks. No one asked if we wanted refills.
We had to search for the waitress to pay the bill.
We will hard pressed to visit this particular restaurant again.

Great experience at this location. Our server, Madison, was really sweet and made us feel so welcome. She is five star all the way. We wanted for nothing… she kept drinks full, salad overflowing and stocked us with breadsticks fresh from the oven.

Ordered 2 shrimp and chicken carbonara and asked for an EXTRA sauce on the SIDE! I did get the sauce on the side but both my carbonara has NO sauce on it!! Like how is that even possible??? Then I called, the lady who picked up was even mad at me asking me “what do you want me to do?” Very appropriate response, short and sweet! Very comforting, like it is my fault for requesting it and them making a mistake! Thank you olive garden once again for great customer service! We stopped eating dine in because they lack of good customer service and now even take out is even worse!

I was there today with a group of seniors for lunch. We were 10 ppl in total and we were seated very quickly. Very clean establishment. The GM Joe greeted us and made us feel welcome. He was sooo nice! Our server was Michael, he was very sweet, courteous, attentive, professional and efficient. We had a wonderful experience, the food was great and we look forward to going back very soon! Thank you Joe and staff.
