The staff were lovely and so patient! I’m from Taiwan and my English isn’t very good, but they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious too! Highly recommended to everyone!

I ordered a couple pizzas for my kids’ birthday party, which was happening at my house. I drove down and picked up the two pizzas. I get home to find they made one pizza wrong, not even close actually. ( I will definitely open boxes in the future before I leave the restaurant).
So I get in my car to drive back down there to get the right pizza and started calling so it could be ready when I got there, and I didn’t have to waste even more time.
But what I got was, “Barros pizza, can you hold?” So the first time in my life I answer this question with “no, I need help because i’m on my way down” but they were not willing to listen and put me on hold mid sentence.
I waited a few minutes, took a few deep breaths, and called back. This time I got the Manager, and it was the same exact result, being put on hold mid sentence and not willing to listen.
So I drove down there, only for the manager to ask for me to remake the Pizza, which I would wait ANOTHER 20 to 30 minutes. I was already in an HOUR and the other pizza is now cold. I told him I didn’t have any more time to wait.And I was done with all of this, and frustrated. I asked for my money back. He was willing to replace the money for the pizza that he that they did wrong, had asked for the tip to be removed, and I still had to pay for the other pizza which was now ice cold at my house.
There were so many opportunities for this to be better customer service And they did not take them. I’ve been going to this Barros since they opened here on Dove Valley. And now they have lost me and my family for life.

The salad was great, but something in the pizza has given me a case of the toilet waterfalls! I have a strong stomach for pizza, this is not a good after action report. Something is off with the pizza.. it went down good, but exiting fast and furious!!!!!

Haven’t had a bad experience at this place yet! Well there was one time they put an absolutely phenomenal amount of extra cheese we didn’t ask for but that seems to be a one off thing. Other than that, pretty darn good pizza!

5th time my order has been wrong when called in. Better management is needed making sure orders are correct before going out the door. Nothing us worse then having to drive back and not having dinner with your family.

This is the 3rd time they got my order wrong and didn’t want to take responsibility which I don’t get, especially ordering over the phone and confirming it. Also I get off work late which is around 9pm sometimes 10pm, the service is rude and no consideration of anything (it seems) of polite and civil customer service. I dont recommend coming here during these hours where the workers are not as efficient, responsive, or responsible for they lack any type of work ethic. Food is great but the people aren’t! Never coming again because of this bad taste in my mouth (Not the pizza, the employees)!

I love sausage & my sister likes pepperoni so we got an xl half sausage & half pepperoni. It was good. We got 24 traditional wings as well. Their wings are good.
It was nice and clean inside.

The pizza is a star! It was well cooked, layered with perfectly flavored toppings, and so delicious. Everything was hearty, well balanced, and filling to the point of almost being too much. For the price it was well worth it. We will definitely be ordering this pizza again.

How can I put this.. Went in to pickup my order Wednesday night at 7:00pm. It was not busy but the garbages were overflowing, it smelled like a dumpster on a hot summer day, and the unfolded pizza boxes were sitting on the floor behind the counter. Health department should reevaluate this place.
