It’s a super nice place and all, but daaaaaaang. I ordered a small #7 and spring rolls and it was $31.15, yikes. I receipt doesn’t show what it charges you but dang. I only had water too. Broth is great btw. They also had Harry Potter playing on the tv’s which was nice. Ambiance is really nice when it’s not busy.

My partner ordered a broken rice dish but then they brought out a dish served with regular white rice, not the broken rice as stated. I was about to complain but then my partner was such a nice person so he refused to make a fuss.
I ordered a shrimp goi cuon to go and it was the worst goi cuon I have ever tasted!
I don’t understand how this restaurant is so highly rated!

It’s been 2 years since I was last here — I came back because the food was so good back then. And I’m happy to say it’s still just as great as before!

Authentic Vietnamese restaurant with a large dining area coupled with an extensive menu. Dropped by with a large group on a Friday evening and we were seated promptly without any reservation. Food came out quick and tasted great, staff were chatty & friendly.

I originally planned to go to pho consume but unfortunately by the time I arrived the kitchen was closed. So decided to go to the Boiling point but the line was too long and was too hungry to wait. So decided to try pho so 1.

No line, no waiting…was seated immediately. The restaurant is clean with plenty of indoor seating.

I ordered the regular pho.
The staff was friendly but got my order a bit wrong. I asked for no tripe but still got tripe. I also asked for only half the amount of noodles but got the regular amount. I mentioned it to the server but he just smiled.

Portions are adequate. Price is a dollar or two more than what it should be.

Probably not returning.

Next time I’ll either arrive early at pho consume or go to pho daily that’s also good and I think they’re open until 1am.

Omg if i could give this place a zero I would!!! Ok so let’s get start! So upon walking in I noticed this place to be a typical Pho restaurant great! The young women greeted us very kind with a water cup for my husband and one for me, gave us the menus and gave us a few minutes for menu review. Great!so them I asked a few questions she answered very nicely so we ordered. We went with #11brisket with well done flank everything about this sound so good until I sow this man walking out with our food!!! Oohhh my god! Let me tell you first of all his thum was
Soaking in my broth and his other thumb was soaking in my husband’s broth! I was like ohhh hells no thumb pho, I know he sow me just staring at that thumb of his I know he sow me, ok then I was like alright red flag I staring to taste the thumb broth and it was very flavorful I put some lemon to kill the thumb bacteria but something in me was just not sitting right I didn’t want to say anything so I had some until the scent just turned me completely off! I just could not!! I started getting this strong scent of like some sort of animal not sure if it is beef broth or chicken broth but some sort of animal broth was just KICKING!! Then I just patiently waited for my man to be done and I asked for the check…. $51. And some change for a large pho and a regular size no drinks only a dessert. So I’m not cheap but what the heck! $50 bucks thats pho was no we’re near that amount! After asking to fix the Amount I was 20.65 short. Mr Henry the “owner” was like oh yeah no it’s $15.00 and hands me 15 bucks! I could imagine how they mess up peoples checks because I did the math In Front of him showing he was 5 dollars and change short I made him give me my correct change and I was out of their like a bat out hell. NEVER AGAIN!!

Very glad I came here. I read some of the reviews, but my experience was very very good. I don’t know why this place is not rated higher.
I had the duck soup large with clear noodles and it was yummy with plenty of duck.
I also got a shrimp vermicelli bun to go that was just okay.
⚠️Also, you probably want to double check your togo orders; they accidentally gave me pork sausage instead of shrimp paste so I had to throw it out.
Service was very good and very attentive.

My wife and I ordered a beef noodle soup and a rice dish. The soup was luke warm, noodle was over cooked. The egg cake on the rice dish smelled funky like plastic, chopped pork was not fresh and I could smell something bad. A female server was constantly coughing and not covered her mouth. The employees were wearing dirty cloths with slippers on. Not a single worker seemed to appreciate our business. I didn’t hear “Thanks” a single time until we left. I leave this review hoping for the improvement and I could come back in the future. Good luck.

Great service, good prices and portion

Pho broth is important and this one was a miss. It tasted bland, the flavor could be much stronger, a little more sweet. No chili oil. Noodle texture was okay

Hot water tasted like sink water, was not good

Nothing compared to Sacramento pho

Usually dine at Tompopo which is in the same plaza.
Decided to come and check out their food here.

I’ve been to plenty of Vietnamese restaurants and this place (from what I can see) specializes in Pho.
Wifey, kiddo, and I didn’t get that for our first time here.

We ordered their beef fried rice, egg rolls, grilled pork with rice plate, and beef vermicelli with shrimp paste.
The food here was not bad however not all that impressive.

Now when I order any shrimp paste (in bean curd) it’s actually wrapped in a bean curd skin then deep fried to a golden brown. Pho So 1 doesn’t do that here. They simply roll it in a light breadcrumb type of breading then pan fry it. I know that different regions of Vietnam will have their own versions of cooking and styles will vary, however I didn’t quite enjoy my shrimp paste here.

The restaurant was clean & organized, service could have used a little cheer here. The vibe was on the dismal, low low. May come back to actually try their pho however may not.

I didn’t feel it completely here to give it a 4 star rating and up, so a three it will have to be.
