wow second day in a row worst food ever I swear I’ve gone out the night before and I went out last night for dinner and that was the only place that was really open that my son wanted to eat was Popeyes! biggest mistake ever. never ever will we be returning I’ll post pictures of how bad the food was it was a little warm but we waited like 20-something minutes for the worst food ever the grease burnt. spent $98 on food that was very lousy. I just can’t believe how fast food has gotten so bad lately just seems like nobody has pride or takes interest in what their job is! they just don’t care anymore. we ordered a 12-piece family meal or bundle and six of the ghost pepper chicken sandwiches waiting that long I expected at least some of the stuff to be more fresh than it was not the way it was turned out because we waited because they said it was going to take a while. Popeyes I don’t think I’ll ever return and I don’t ever think that you could ever redeem yourself because this has been the reason why I didn’t come back and I totally forgot cuz it’s been years!! oh yeah I forgot I ordered the desert and I got like a pie but they gave me this little I don’t know what it was a biscuit with lousy flavoring. even the normal biscuits were so dry it was really really awful as well!

I gave this one a second try today because I was given a gift certificate. When I placed the order I was told the machine wasn’t taking gift certs. I know, maybe I am a little hard on them for not taking my gift card but to be honest, I was very disappointed as the next Popeyes was 6 miles away.
The place is clean. Maybe a somewhat small. People are nice and they treat me respectfully.
Popeyes food is ok.
Not taking my card it was a disappointment. Give them a call ahead if you plan on using one.

We ordered the family meal, fried chicken, coleslaw, fries, biscuits, and two chicken sandwiches. The chicken sandwiches were great as well as the fries. The fried chicken was a big disappointment, in addition to the coleslaw and biscuits, no butter or jelly in the Togo sack

Ordered from DoorDash and expected them to not give any sauce that we ordered. Drove to the store and wouldn’t give sauce based on a DoorDash order…. Love the food, will NEVER order again just based on principle. It’s like they train employees to be rude. The food isn’t THAT good…. Boycott Popeyes until they train basic human decency.

The food was good and I usually come here but today I ordered and it took quite a bit due to only having one person taking orders. They were taking orders from the driveway, door dash and the front as well. The only real problem here is that they just don’t have enough employees.

Got a sandwich combo at the drive thru. Guy was excellent but took a bit longer since he was the only one taking and making orders. Sucks since there is almost two hours till they close but oh well. Great food though

Your employees were on their phones and went straight to the food without washing their hands one worker came in sandals and went to put her shoes on and didn’t wash her hands again the bathrooms are discusting they smell horrible there is poop debris all around the toilet even on the toilet seat it just feels nasty at this location would highly not recommend it we ordered strawberry pies and got nasty apple ones

* CHOSE THIS LOCATION being it was close to where my Mother was getting an operation.
This was my first time ever to Popeyes, buttttt I’ll go to another location. They took over 30 minutes in the drive-thru ( I ordered all white meat, which should be only breasts).
At the time the Manager was very nice and then apologetic for the time delay. Which was the right thing, and respected.
Didn’t check the order because the delay caused me to be further behind (again not a HUGE thing). Things happen.
Called them to let them know because it was frustrating after waiting for a specialty order. Spoke to the same Manager from before who then ARGUED he only put white meat in. All but called me a liar and then said he’d want a picture to prove he put white meat in.
Normally I’d let it go.. but since the Manager was ridiculously rude and wanted a picture… decided to share per his request.
Wish the calls were recorded for Popeyes to listen.

no towels in the mens room, napkins dispenser messed up, she fixed the napkins. finally got my order and asked for ketchup and got 2 whole packets . who thinks that’s enough for fries? the blackened chicken was definitely blackened and tough on the outside ( they’re usually a deep red not black. the other 2 i’ve been to in the area are incredibly stingy with the napkins as well as condiments ( Redwood Rd and 3100 S ). maybe the employees have to pay for them or something.
