My sister was driving, we were on are way to Simi valley to take are Nephew’s to this all you can eat steak house. Since I have bad food allergies I said im not eating there. So my sister said lets go to a place you have been before. So we did I bought a salad in upland. The salad dressing had Soy and Tomatoes I started coughing, my sister said oh know I said let me keep drinking this water but it got worse the salad was not going down my throat was closing. So we were in Monrovia got off freeway my sister pulled in Starbucks parking lot. I called 911 Monrovia police came first. I had to Epi-pin they both failed the needle never came out it was scary my sister kept saying where is the fire department pairmedic we didn’t call for police. I thank Starbucks there parking lot was just right. The pairmedic was on another call. They were awesome they were able to give me 3 shots of EPINEPHRINE EPINEPHRINE my Tongue,swelling my Throat was closing. Breathing treatment. They did all the work they were Awesome

This is a very busy location, but the employees work hard to keep things moving fast. Inside, if you’re lucky to get a table, you can have fun people watching the cars lined up in the drive through. Always 10 to 16 vehicles at any time! Meanwhile, the employees smile, make eye contact, say hello as you walk in, say thank you when you pick up! Awesome location!

My girlfriend really loves this location we frequent this spot often and there’s one particular guy there that every time I go we made it a thing to do the whole “King Julian” thing from Madagascar dude’s funny as hell usually a night shift that I see him working but his service 10/10 really cool guy hey starbucks if you’re reading this props to hiring that guy if you ask your night shift guys who has a king Julian moment with a customer you’ll know who it is because I’m sure he’ll laugh about it

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. Staff here are very welcoming, both food and drinks are pretty good. Highly recommend it, it’s also perfect place for studying or working as it’s spacious and has many outlets around.

This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations to do schoolwork because it had plenty of outlets for my laptop. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it after an encounter with the elderly male barista who is always at the front register in the mornings. He is very stereotypical and constantly questions what drinks you’ve purchased. Also he would purposely punch in your order wrong.
One morning, I asked for a cup of water, and he demanded to see my receipt. I had bought three drinks and two croissants spending around $30 but he was still rude and dismissive. His behavior is completely unprofessional, and it’s frustrating that someone like him has a job.
Never returning back here again!

Service can be a little slow here, but that is to be expected because it is in a very busy location. The parking lot can also be a little difficult to find parking and is laid out a little weird. Otherwise, it’s a newer Starbucks location with a nice interior and specious patio.

Riley was amazing, totally made me smile. I don’t usually tip when I go through the drive thru, but I did today! I also ordered the new Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso and it was BOMB. My mom tried the Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino and definitely approved!!
