Absolutely the worst and scariest place I ever ate, I ordered the Chicken tender meal and the service was so slow, no urgency and when I got my order and went home, 20min away, I bite into the tender and it was raw, I tore it apart and it was pink and slimy, I took pictures and made a complaint to Popeyes customer service and never heard back from the restaurant nor was I refunded or anything. Waste of money waste of time and my health was in danger, these people do not care about you or your time.

Popeyes is delicious, love their biscuits. I’ve ordered countless times and the staff has been helpful and friendly. I accidentally ordered my food to the wrong address and they refunded me. I ordered my food again using my rewards and received a cupcake cake. It was delicious, along w/ their mashed potatoes and apple pie.

This chicken is the worst I’ve ever eaten. It’s overcooked and incomprehensible, in very poor condition, and our family didn’t like it. I have children, so what if they get food poisoning? It’s impossible to eat! I hope you correct your mistake. The potatoes that were sent were also of some kind. I was very upset and paid $44 for the meal.

Popeyes never misses. The chicken is always crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the seasoning is on point every time. This is terrible I orders two fish sandwiches today tru uber eats from Popeyes this restaurant and the sent me two damn chicken sandwiches with a note on The receipt that says sorry we don’t have fish today. We hope you understand. No, I do not understand. It’s the day before lent I don’t want chicken I want fish and if you don’t have something canceled the order . Now they charged me $22 for this on the app the chicken sandwiches are $4 each but they didn’t change the price they still charged me the same amount like they gave me the right order

The Uber delivery guy stole my food and somehow told the system he never picked it up, so Uber kept sending new drivers to grab it. After explaining to the lady over the phone, she remade my meal and gave it to the 4th driver.

I’m literally standing in front of the restaurant right now as I’m writing this. I have a mobile order I placed on there application and the door is LOCKED. The application says they close at 3am, so they let me put in a mobile order in at 2am, I got here at 2:15am. The person inside just waved at me saying it is closed as shes writing up the final closing forms. The “Open” sign was still on. As I was contacting customer service, she turned off all the lights and the “Open” sign.
I had a similar occurrence happen before, I tried making a mobile order at 2:45am and it wouldn’t go through, so I just walked in. They just told me, the store is closed, yet they had a bunch of mobile pickups behind them.
I tried contacting customer service, but there application is difficult to work with.
It just seems like the employees don’t care here. They just want to get paid and go home, no enthusiasm.

Slowest service ever and after i waited 30mins the chicken was soaked in grease completely!! That’s all i tasted and it was disgusting. You can tell by how dark the chicken is that it just soaked up all the oil and bad oil at that. Probably hasn’t been changed for a month! Threw it all out what a waste of my time & money! Don’t get me started on the bathroom.. just look at the pictures attached.

So happy to have a good late night spot to eat near us. Clean location, friendly staff, freshly made food. The gentleman at the counter was excellent at his job. He took the time to recommend the best food package for our needs and suggested his favorite sauce to pair with it, we received generous portions and didn’t feel rushed out of the dining room.
