Sadly the experience is consistent. Either takeout orders take forever or the food isn’t good. Today the food was awful. While I didn’t wait too long for my take out order, if the individual didn’t ask me what I needed, I wouldn’t have found out they weren’t placing takeout orders in the designated spot today. Luckily, she did ask what I was waiting for and handed it to me. I won’t be back. Dry and flavorless lo mein, small portions and flavors were overall not balanced. And my fortune cookie didn’t have a fortune in it ♀️ I don’t really care but it just book ends the experience ♀️

I love this place! They have the beyond Orange chicken which is a healthier option and doesn’t involve animal cruelty and so I’m grateful this is an option here! So delicious!! Super super thankful Panda Express and specifically this location offers this plant based option! I’ll come by after the gym sometimes to get the beyond chicken and super greens and have always had amazing service!! Much love ☀️

The food was good. Customer service was excellent, and they have reasonable prices! I got the Chili Crisp Shrimp, Super greens, and vegetable spring roll. The chili Crisp Shrimp was a little greasy, but it was good! The food was not hot and fresh like I like it except the spring rolls, they were fresh. But I understand because they have the food already cooked for faster service. I would recommend it. Quick and easy service.
Edit: Came back and got the walnut shrimp! It was delicious. I did the survey and got the FREE snack meal with the purchase of the 2 entree plate. I gave the plate to my son! He enjoyed it. It was his first time here!

We just tried our best to finish off two giants plates of Americanese fare. Everything was delicious, fast and very reasonably priced especially, considering the portions. The staff is very well trained and the manager is always on top of her game. Would highly recommend a visit!

Drive thru service was fast. The order was correct however the rice was bland for fried rice. The orange chicken was good. The meal was fresh but again bland fried rice was not what I expected. I absolutely had to use the soy sauce which was very salty.

Customer service was excellent and service was quick. A great place to dine with budget friendly prices. The food was decent, but not great and the potion size of my entrées was skimpy. Overall, a great place to enjoy a nice meal.

It had been a long time since I ate at a Panda Express and I’m glad that I did. The staff was great, the restaurant was clean, and the food was good. I will definitely be going back because my family loves Panda Express.

On 3-20 i cane in the evening. This Young lady was rude. Never asked if she could help or say hi. She continued to fix plates for drive and would occasionally look at me. I finally said could I order and she said in a rude way “ are you ready “. As i started ordering she answered the phone and started fixing another order it wasn’t what i ordered so i didn’t move. She didn’t know the next two people were with me. I asked her was that my order again and she continued to talk on the phone and started laughing with the young lady from drive through. So the second person called me down when she opened up the box i told her that is not what I ordered. So she asked the lady who packed it ( as if she was eating the food). She said something totally different from what I ordered…. So …..SHES CAUSING THE BACK UP because she’s doing too much at once. Once she packed my food she threw it down the line ( like I was the problem). She complained about indecisive people to behind me…. Which…. They told her they were with me and her whole attitude changed. When we sat down to eat a man came from drive and said HIS receipt was right but the food was wrong… he was given all sides. And she was rude to him. And older lady had asked her how spicy was a dish and she commented “ i don’t know because I don’t eat it can i take your order “…Smh. She was doing too much.

We had been sitting there for over 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order that I had ordered another 30 minutes previously. No one answered the drive through so my husband had to go inside. They were out of half of our order which is unacceptable since they had over an hour to put it together. I usually love panda express, but with a car full of screaming children it was just ridiculous.
