As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Got our order wrong. Didn’t give us the sauces requested. Got out of my car and went back to window. Guy was rude & ignored me when I was asking for the sauces. Lady manager was quick and helpful. Burgers and chicken strips were alright!

Ordered dinner around 7pm, Saturday 9/16/23. Threw my chicken sandwich straight into the trash. Some parts were so dark in color with some greyish gooey spot on one side. No way I was eating that. What’s more is someone thought it okay to serve a piece of fried chicken that looked like that!

I have been a Checkers fan since the first one opened up down here years ago. This location is super clean, the staff are great and the food is hot and fast. Some locations can be not great but this one is on point!

My review appears to be hidden and for the health and safety of others, people have right to know that there are very large rats moving in and out of the building. Look at the semi see-through glass bricks in the evening if you are there. You will see them crawl up and down. We saw at least four rats going in and out of the building. We do not reside in Florida. We were in the area for a hockey tournament. We paid for food we did not get and aren’t trying to receive any reimbursement. The purpose of this review is to bring awareness to the public. I have attached a picture of where we saw the rats.

I ordered the fry lovers that came half empty. See the photo and a 4pc mozzarella “stixs” that came with 3 sticks and a half piece that had a chicken nugget thing I think it was attached. Employees don’t say nothing accept stick their hand through the window to get your card. Food is now usually cold and service is slow.

Was picking up an order was told to wait a minute…10 minutes later the girl asked what we want when we stated we were picking up, she says oh we just got it we have to wait…10 more minutes food was finally done, 2 burgers and fries took over 20 minutes with only one other person waiting.
