Wasn’t greeted when I walked in. Every body else got greeted. The girl that was at the cash register was rude. She left to stand somewhere else so she didnt have to take my order. Then went back to take orders and greeting everybody with a smile. I felt violated and mistreated. Also my food was cold and nasty.

My recently retired husband and I had breakfast here this morning. It was such a positive experience. The restaurant is clean and tidy, the staff cheerful & helpful. Food was delicious and portions ample. Hubby had a drink, scrambled eggs, biscuit, and gravy as his side. I had coffee, the hot honey chicken biscuit, potato wedges as my side which were yummy dipped into my husband’s sausage gravy. Packets of ketchup, honey and Texas Pete were great additions that leveled up my meal. All came in under $10 a person. Great value imo. We’ll return with pleasure.

I really don’t understand the hype. I ordered a chicken biscuit, a country fried steak biscuit, and a hasbrown casserole. The biscuits tasted like the only ingredients were flour and water. Very dry and very bland. Neither the chicken or steak were seasoned at all. With that said the gravy on the hashbrown casserole was probably the saltiest food I have ever attempted to consume. Right up there with ocean water. Additionally… While in line at least 2 people cut in front. Employees clearly saw this and said nothing.

We just love Buscuitville on NC-55. It’s clean, has a beautiful dining area, clean restrooms, and the best biscuits you’ll find ANYWHERE. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and the service is prompt. When we eat there, the food is always piping hot when they hand it to us. Visit them when you can, you’ll love it! Oh, and if you love a good country ham biscuit, this is the only place you need to go. As a grandson of a former pig farmer, I can confidently say that the Biscuitville County ham biscuit stands shoulder to shoulder with those I so fondly remember from my childhood.

This place is great for fast food biscuit sandwiches. It appeared as though the biscuits are made on site since there was an employee cutting biscuits out of dough behind a glass wall. I didn’t have high expectations for quality, but it was better than I thought it would be. The biscuits are great! I’m not so sure about the meat quality and I couldn’t tell if the eggs were cracked from a shell right there or poured from a jug. The hash brown was greasy and yummy – exactly what I expect from that type of hashbrown. The orange juice was good enough.
I appreciate they use paper to wrap and bag the food in and not plastic.
I can’t say I’ll be back frequently, but I’ll be back occasionally.

Haven’t had a biscuit in awhile so stopped by the drive through and ordered one. It was noticeably smaller but my main issue was the biscuit was not cooked all the way through. I noticed a few other reviews mentioned this as well, so I guess they have not fixed the problem yet.

Great breakfast place to go to in the mornings. Whether you’re in a hurry or got time to sit an eat. They will cook your order fresh. Just ask an it does not take them but five minutes or less. The staff is very friendly an out going. They make an effort to get to know there customers an give them attention when they come back n the door. Hard to get great service like this anymore.

The manager Val she should be fired! I went to this location on my lunch break and instead of her allowing the drink staff member to pass me my drink, and food, she held my drink and food bag all the while she pretended taking another car order last Wednesday, January 21st, 2026. I never got my food, because after 5 mins sitting at the window I pulled off. This was the same person that also worked in Garner. She should be fired from the location at Apex, North Carolina and never hired again at another Biscuitville. Definitely never being in management for her at all.

The cashier Sapna, Has terrible customer service skills with a bad attitude and honestly should be fired. mistakes happen, but to have an attitude with the person that you make the mistake towards is unacceptable. I ordered food and had to come around twice due to her forgetting something from my order. The crazy part about it is she caught an attitude with me. The manager was phenomenal in handling the issue. So all respect to her by there should be repercussions for actions like this.
