BAD EXPERIENCE! I ordered an iced coffee and the lady asked me how much cream and sugar I wanted and I told her I don’t know, really, you’re the cook. At all the Wendy’s I’ve been to, they give me ready-to-drink iced coffee. The lady yelled at me angrily. She asked me how much cream and sugar I wanted and I told her I don’t know, I don’t work here. I recommend that the owner train the employees better so they know how to make an iced coffee. They gave me the coffee, cream, and sugar separately so I could make it myself in my car while I’m driving. If I wanted to make my own coffee, I would have made it myself at home. That’s why I’m the customer and I’m paying for full service, not to be yelled at. I just wanted a ready-to-drink iced coffee. And the lady at the window yelled at me and insulted me. I will never go to this place again in my life. What bad service and such rude workers. All that’s missing is for them to ask me how they’re going to cook the hamburger. I don’t know that. You cooks should know that.

Yesterday I decided to go inside to eat to avoid a potential mess as I had afternoon meetings. That was a mistake. The ketchup dispenser was broken and exploded on me, covering my jacket, shirt, pants and shoes. Another customer told me he had apparently warned them that it was broken and they did nothing to remedy it. I got no apology or even a concern when I told them and showed the mess that covered me. They were just annoyed they had to then remove the dispenser and clean up the mess on the counter and floor. The service was extremely slow, the lack of care and overall experience was atrocious. I will not be returning to this location

I grabbed dinner with my wife. She has heart conditions that are made worse when she’s in the heat for prolonged periods. The temperature was 83 degrees. Who knows what the temperature was during the hottest part of the day. Very disappointed that we could not dine in, and I feel for the employees that have to work in this environment.

I just bought a combo meal, and to be honest, I was in such a hurry that I didn’t pay attention to what they gave me. When I got home, the burger I ordered was something completely different from what I asked for. Terrible service.

Mean staff I am in the military so I jogged when I can and walk to nearby stores often with my bag pack to put items if I purchase along the way. I was profiled as being homeless and was chased out by a staff. Won’t be going back nor order from door dash.
